Shakespeare in the Park(ing Lot) returns for its 2024 season with a dual presentation of Macbeth and As You Like It at the Jacobethan Theatre Workshop. Director Lukas Raphael leads a talented local cast, including Michael Girts, Maddi Scarbrough, and Keene Hudson, in fast-paced adaptations of these classic works. Macbeth explores themes of ambition and power in a post-war Scotland, while As You Like It offers a romantic escape in a reimagined 1910s Forest of Arden. Both plays will alternate performances, showcasing the versatility of the ensemble across contrasting narratives.
