A mesmerizing theatrical song cycle with music, lyrics, and text by Dave Malloy. Performed by four storytellers who weave together four stories spanning several generations through songs, scenes, and live instrumentation. Ghost Quartet is a nonlinear story of love, betrayal, and redemption, which blurs the lines between the living and the departed. When a curse involving four souls takes place, what will happen to their future and past generations? The live musical accompaniment features a diverse array of instruments, including piano, baritone and soprano saxophone, metallophone, autoharp, ukulele, djembe, and more. This show is for mature audiences 16 years and up.
