Beowulf Alley Theatre, 11 S. 6th Avenue in downtown Tucson, today announced their summer program for students ages 9-17. There are four two-weeks sessions beginning on June 7 and running until August 6.

After postponing their production of Joe Marshall's A Night In Vegas, which was originally slated to play at The Actors' Playhouse, the Alternative Theatre Company (Joe Marshall, Founder/Artistic Director; Adrian Maynard, Managing Director) announces that as of Thursday, May 27 Joe Marshall's A Night In Vegas has found a new home at The Bleecker Street Theatre (45 Bleecker Street). Directed by Joe Marshall, opening bight will be Saturday, June 5. Premium seats are $50 and general admission tickets are $35 and can be purchased by visiting Telecharge.com. (Please Note: A Night In Vegas has a special preview performance schedule listed below and beginning June 10 will play Thursday - Saturday at 10:30PM).

EVCT Releases Camp and Scholarship Applications, Due 6/1

East Valley Children's Theatre will present its 2010 Summer Musical Theatre Camp this June. The camp will take place at Stapley Junior High School, 3250 East Hermosa Vista Drive in Mesa, AZ, located north of McKellips Road between Lindsey and Val Vista. Two sessions will occur: Session I from June 1 - 11, 2010 (8:30 - 4:30, concluding with a daytime performance on June 11), and Session II from June 14-25, 2010 (8:30 - 4:00, concluding with a daytime performance on June 25).

Join us for a three-week run of A PIECE OF MY HEART by Shirley Lauro, adapted from the Keith Walker book of the same name. Whitney Morton will direct this poignant chronicle of the women of the Vietnam War. The cast includes Janet Bruce, Samantha Cormier, Catherine Killough, T Loving, Steve McKee, Jennifer Roberts and Maria Rallings. Recommended for ages 13 and older.

Actors Theatre is offering $25 tickets as part of season-ticket package purchases and for single-ticket balcony seats, not single-ticket purchases for orchestra and mezzanine seats. Single tickets for the upcoming 25th anniversary season are $37 to $41 for orchestra seating and $29-$33 for mezzanine.
