A.R.T.'S May programming is set to includes the conclusion of Company One's “Hype Man” and the return of “The Conjurors Club” and more!

American Repertory Theater at Harvard University announced today May and June “destinations” in Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Lagos,  London, and New York City in its A.R.T. Travels program featuring one-of-a-kind experiences and conversations with theater-makers. 

American Repertory Theater at Harvard University announced today that all-inclusive passports and individual tickets are now on sale for a virtual version of its popular A.R.T. Travels program that brings fans from both across the country and around the world to see the theater’s boundary-breaking global reach first-hand. 

Frank Wildhorn and more than sixty members of the Wildhorn Musical family simultaneously world premiered a video featuring 53 singers from 12 countries, representing 17 of his musicals, performing the powerful, “Finding Wonderland,” from the Broadway musical, Wonderland on Friday, July 10th at 9am ET.

Sierra Boggess and Yu Shirota have joined forced for a performance of 'Aimer' from Roméo et Juliette. The song features Music and Lyrics by Gérard Presgurvic.

Hearing the heavenly voices of Lea Salonga, Ramin Karimloo, Yu Shirota, and Sierra Boggess in '4 Stars: One World of Broadway Musicals' concert was an enchanting treat on our first day--and also our first visit--in Japan.

Putting together on one stage Lea Salonga, Ramin Karimloo, and Sierra Boggess sounds such a completely stellar idea; but, when examined closely, it is quite tricky. Given the varied theater credits under their names, one would have to carefully consider what type of show--in a concert form--would showcase their vocal abilities in a way that they need not upstage one another. To make things more interesting, or complicated, what if you would include Japan's very own TV and theater star Yu Shirota in the already mixed bag of performers? How will he fit in?

Lea Salogna, Ramin Karimloo, Yu Shirota and Sierra Boggess will lead 4 Stars: One World of Broadway Musicals in Tokyo and Osaka this June. Daniel Kutner will direct and Jason Robert Brown will be the musical director and supervisor. The scenic design will be by Yukio Horio, lighting design by Toshiyuki Kasahara, costume design by Nobuko Miyamoto and sound design by Koichi Yamamoto.
