GLAAD Media Award recipients were announced in 16 of this year's 29 media categories at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, presented nationally by Ketel One Vodka, Wells Fargo, and Hilton Worldwide, and locally by Delta Air Lines and Bud Light, at the Waldorf Astoria New York on Saturday night.

GLAAD, the nation's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, today announced that global superstar Kylie Minogue will perform at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York tonight, May 3 at the iconic Waldorf Astoria New York. More than 5,000 LGBT runners and their allies will take to Central Park to celebrate Pride Weekend today, June 23, 2012. This is the 31st running of this 5-mile race, produced in conjunction with New York Road Runners and in partnership with City Parks & Recreation and The Central Park Conservancy. This annual event (which sold out more than a month in advance) has turned into one of the largest LGBT sporting events in the world and this year will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
