 World-renowned celebrity portrait photographer Mark Mann is celebrating the release of his new coffee table book Movement at the Still Point: An Ode to Dance with a one night only star-studded evening of dance at the Joyce Theater, Monday, April 10, 2023.

A dreamy, full-bodied ballad, the song details the closing of a relationship and the bouts of second-guessing that quickly follows. The track’s wistful and uncertain opening easily climbs to an impressive crescendo, introducing a confident horn and expansive string segment as bandmember Kelsey Wilson’s sweeping vocals

The album was produced by Jonathan Wilson and features Buck Meek of Big Thief on guitar. To mark the occasion White has released a new single, “Break My Heart” and its companion music video. Lewisville Grand Theater has announced that alt-country singer-songwriter Dale Watson will perform as part of the Texas Tunes Series on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 8 p.m. A staunch adherent of old-style honky-tonk and classic country, Watson has released nearly 40 albums, each of which has been championed by numerous critics.

Lewisville Grand Theater has announced that alt-country singer-songwriter Dale Watson will perform as part of the Texas Tunes Series on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 8 p.m. 

Billy Strings will extend his 2023 headline tour through this summer including newly confirmed shows at Norfolk’s Chartway Arena, Boston’s Leader Bank Pavilion (two nights), Portland, ME’s Thompson’s Point (two nights), Knoxville’s Knoxville Civic Coliseum and Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater (two nights) among others.

Musical artists will join the national library and American leaders to honor music legend Joni Mitchell. The lineup will include performances by James Taylor, Brandi Carlile, Annie Lennox, Herbie Hancock, Cyndi Lauper, Marcus Mumford, Graham Nash, Diana Krall and Angelique Kidjo. The concert is by invitation only.
