Billy Porter will soon return to the stage as Albin in the upcoming Encores! production of La Cage aux Folles, starring opposite Wayne Brady as Georges. Watch Porter praise the talents of his co-star during a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s Bevelations.

The Television Academy Foundation will host its second annual Emmys Pickleball Slam on May 17 in Calabasas. The charity event will feature celebrity participants including Wayne Brady, Da’Vinchi, and Simone Kessell.

The complete cast has been revealed for Encores! La Cage Aux Folles. Tony Award winner Tonya Pinkins joins the cast as Jacqueline, along with Peter Francis James as Edouard, and Rachel Webb as Anne.

Sofia the First: Royal Magic, the new series set in the world of Sofia the First, will premiere Monday, May 25, on Disney Jr., with Auli‘i Cravalho reprising her role of Moana.

Broadway performers Beanie Feldstein and James Monroe Iglehart have joined the recurring cast as brand-new characters for Sofia the First: Royal Magic, the forthcoming series set in the world of Sofia the First.

Broadway says goodbye to two productions. All Out: Comedy About Ambition takes its final bow at the Nederlander Theatre following 95 regular performances; and Bug plays its final performance at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre after 23 previews and 69 regular performances. The theatres will soon be home to Schmigadoon! and The Balusters respectively.

Lakou Loulouz will present White As Snow written and performed by Rose-Ingrid Benjamin, directed by Kyle Brown, featuring musical direction and compositions by Katie James.

Disney Jr. has revealed a first-look teaser for Sofia the First: Royal Magic, a brand-new series set in the world of Sofia the First, featuring the voices of Ariel Winter, Wayne Brady, Tim Gunn, Sara Ramirez, and more. Watch the teaser now.

Jake Shane will make his Broadway debut in All Out: Comedy About Ambition by Simon Rich at the Nederlander Theatre. The current cast of All Out includes Sarah Silverman, Heidi Gardner, Jason Mantzoukas, and Craig Robinson.
