CECA Will Welcome Award Winning Erica Weiss For A Week Of Workshops And Special Events

From Monday, March 2nd - Thursday March 5th, the APSU Department of Theatre and Dance and the Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts (CECA) will welcome award winning director/playwright/showrunner Erica Weiss to campus for a series of workshops and public events. Ms. Weiss is visiting APSU as an Acuff Chair of Excellence with the support of CECA.

Berkshire Theatre Group Will Welcome THE NASHVILLE BEAT WITH FABRIZIO AND THE FEVER

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) will present The Nashville Beat with Fabrizio and the Fever at The Colonial Theatre on Friday, May 29 at 7pm. All proceeds go towards sending children to BTG PLAYS! summer camps through the Richie duPont Scholarship Fund. There will be a special performance by RO/BMS Winter Rock Band, an outgrowth of the Rock On and Berkshire Music School initiative to provide year-round music programs for teens in downtown Pittsfield.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley Unveils 2020-21 Season

The cast has been announced for the hard-hitting production For the Sake of Argument, which explores the dangerous power of language after a journalist's words inspire a young man to enlist in the army. Broadway Management Agency Cyd Levin & Associates Rebrands as CLA Partners

Talent Management agency Cyd LeVin & Associates (CLA) announced today, that it has rebranded as CLA Partners ahead of the companies 10th Anniversary since reopening in 2010. a?oeWomen Behind Bars,a?? the classic prison comedy by a?oeDreamgirlsa?? writer Tom Eyen, will have its first new Equity revival Jan. 24-Feb. 2, at the 900-seat Montalban Theatre in Hollywood (formerly the Doolittle).   It is being directed and co-produced by award-winning director-choreographer Scott Thompson.

Mr. Joe DiBlasi of Litchfield Piano Works has been a member of the Warner Theatre family for 20 years. Joe has donated his time and talents by tuning and servicing the Warner Theatre's pianos. Along with the Warner Theatre, Joe also supports local churches, Yale University and the Palace Theater. The Warner Theatre is so grateful for Joe's service!

Ginger Minj Joins Cast Of WOMEN BEHIND BARS

Ginger Minj, a fan-favorite on a?oeRuPaul's Drag Racea?? and a?oeRuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars,a?? has joined the cast of the Los Angeles revival of Tom Eyen's cult prison comedy a?oeWomen Behind Bars,a?? playing the role of Ada.  The Equity production will run for eight performances only for two consecutive weekends, Jan. 24-Feb. 2, at the 900-seat Montalban Theatre in Hollywood (formerly the Doolittle), directed by Scott Thompson.  Minj replaces the previously-announced Thorgy Thor, who has withdrawn due to a conflict.
