The portal to the Upside Down has reopened again - the award-winning, hit Off-Broadway show Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical celebrated its Opening Night, transporting Playhouse 46 at St. Luke's into immersive and in-the-round satirized versions of Hawkins, Indiana, and the Upside Down. Las Vegas headliner and international performer Clint Holmes will perform in a show that holds special meaning for him. Between the Moon and New York City: The Songs of Peter Allen celebrates the prolific songwriter and performer at Myron’s at the Smith Center Sept. 7.

Will Nunziata (award-winning Co-Creator and Director of the Broadway-bound musical Little Black Book) has written and directed a short film starring his long-time friend Dominic Chianese (The Sopranos, The Godfather Part II) titled The Old Guitarist. The film is inspired by the Pablo Picasso painting of the same name.

A new musical makes its debut in cabaret and concert at The Green Room 42.

Tony Award Nominee Caitlin Kinnunen (THE PROM, BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY) will star in THE LIGHT EFFECT, an original musical by Broadway star Desi Oakley. The show will be presented in concert form at Green Room 42 on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 7:00 PM.

With the additions of Yasuhiko Fukuoka (Music Supervisor/Arranger) and Lauren Robinson (Jackie), the full team for the first industry reading of the brand-new musical Sensation is set. The reading will take place on Thursday June 9, 2022 at Ripley-Grier Studios in New York City.

Desi Oakley (CHICAGO, WICKED, WAITRESS First National Tour) has created and composed a new, original musical that will debut, in concert form, at The Green Room 42 on Thursday, June 30, at 7pm. THE LIGHT EFFECT concert will star Erika Henningsen and Christiani Pitts, with more casting to be announced in the coming weeks.
