Los Angeles indie rock quartet Goon released their final single “Emily Says.” Frontman Kenny Becker wrote “Emily Says” about his wife Emily Elkin, a brilliant cellist who currently plays in Angel Olsen’s band and has played with Olivia Rodrigo, Halsey, Troye Sivan, Thee Oh Sees, Mikal Cronin and more.

An immersive mix of psychedelia, breezy indie rock, and sweet synth-pop, Paper Pools’ debut EP It’s in Our Mind is a visionary travelog charting the life of the project’s founder Allen Orr. And what a life it has been. The multi-instrumentalist was born and raised in the Jehovah’s Witnesses before setting out on a journey of self-exploration.
