Hugh Whitemore's slow-burning dramedy Pack of Lies, is based on the real life events that surrounded a family living in Ruislip who discover that their best friends and neighbours may not be who they think they are.

Hannah Chissick directs Jasper Britton as (Stewart), Sia Dauda (Sally), Alasdair Harvey (Peter Kroger), Chris Larkin (Bob Jackson), Macy Nyman (Julie Jackson), Tracy-Ann Oberman (Helen Kroger), Natalie Walter (Thelma) and Finty Williams (Barbara Jackson). The production opens on 1 October, with previews from 20 September, and runs until 17 November.

Keith Allen, Phil Davis, Paapa Essiedu, Rupert Graves, Gary Kemp, John Simm and Maggie Steed have joined the extraordinary company of Pinter at the Pinter, the unprecedented season featuring all twenty of Harold Pinter's one-act plays, running from September 2018 to February 2019, to mark the tenth anniversary of the Nobel Prize winner's death. The plays are directed by Jamie Lloyd, Patrick Marber, Ed Stambollouian, Lyndsey Turner and Lia Williams, with design by Soutra Gilmour, lighting design by Jon Clark and Richard Howell, and sound and music by George Dennis and Ben & Max Ringham. The Jamie Lloyd Company presents a complete season of Harold Pinter's one-act plays to celebrate the legacy of the Nobel Prize-winning British writer on the 10th anniversary of his death. 

Noel Coward's comic play Present Laughter is said to be his most autobiographical work, dealing with the complexities of a life of fame in the theatre world. It tells of the mischief and misery of actor Garry Essendine (an anagram of 'neediness', as the programme note points out), his household staff and close circle of friends and lovers.

Chichester Festival Theatre is a place of firsts for Tracy-Ann Oberman. Last year, she performed in The Fiddler on the Roof, her first professional musical. This Spring, she returns to CFT once again for her first Noel Coward play, Present Laughter. With tech week coming up, Tracy-Ann spoke to us about why she wanted to take on Coward, what else is on her wish list, and what audiences can expect from Present Laughter. 

The full company is announced today for the opening production of Chichester's Festival 2018, Noel Coward's PRESENT LAUGHTER. Directed by Sean Foley, the cast is led by Rufus Hound as Garry Essendine, Katherine Kingsley as Liz Essendine and Tracy-Ann Oberman as Monica Reed.

Further lead casting is announced today for Festival 2018 at Chichester Festival Theatre. Matt Lucas makes his Chichester debut as Bill Snibson, the Cockney barrow boy who discovers he's an Earl, in Daniel Evans's new production of ME AND MY GIRL. Tracy-Ann Oberman returns to the Festival Theatre as Monica in Noel Coward's PRESENT LAUGHTER; while Patricia Hodge also makes a welcome return as Margrethe Bohr in Michael Frayn's Copenhagen. Public booking for all Festival productions opens this Saturday, 3 March.

Celebrating its 21st year of great theatre, Curtain Call Playhouse is proud to present Diane Samuels' KINDERTRANSPORT, at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center (March 2-18) & the Sunrise Civic Center Theatre (March 24 & 25). KINDERTRANSPORT is directed by Ted Dvoracek, with Jerry Jensen as Assistant Director.

On November 30 2017, The Playground Theatre on Latimer Road is to stage a rehearsed reading of Gregory Evans' Shirleymander, a dramatization of the Shirley Porter Westminster Council 'homes for votes' scandal of the 1980s. The reading will star Tracy-Ann Oberman, Patrick Ryecart and Michael Simkins and will be a precursor to a fully-fledged production of the work next summer.

J's Cultural Arts Theatre (JCAT) is proud to present Diane Samuels' KINDERTRANSPORT, as the inaugural production of JCAT's 11th season at the Michael-Ann Russell JCC in North Miami Beach, Florida.

The full company is announced today for FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, running at Chichester Festival Theatre from 10 July - 26 August, with a press night on Tuesday 18 July. Directed by Daniel Evans, the cast of this new staging of the classic Broadway musical is led by Omid Djalili and Tracy-Ann Oberman.
