The National Tour of Come From Away has returned to the stage! The production returned at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, TN earlier this month.

Theatre Under The Stars announced that it will establish an education and arts center as an anchor tenant in the new ION District in Midtown.

Theatre Under The Stars is presenting Rock of Ages! Leading off the cast is Justin Matthew Sargent as 'Drew' and Diana Huey as 'Sherrie.'

Theatre Under The Stars bursts with Rock n Roll energy as they reopen at the Hobby Center after a 19-month intermission with Rock of Ages. On October 7th, Chris D'Arienzo's rock party opened to great applause as a nostalgic night out greeted Houstonians becoming a much-needed break from the turbulent world. As one walks into the Hobby Center, one can feel a sense of normalcy of a pre-pandemic life as patrons can feel the buzzing of excitement they are about to witness.

Carter Calvert will return to New Hope with her one-woman salute to Cline. Entitled, “Walkin’ After Midnight: A Patsy Cline Tribute,” Calvert will be backed by the Roger Cohen Band and will perform 10 shows from October 14 – 24

The Link Theatre Company in collaboration with the Delta Symphony Orchestra will present a concert version of the acclaimed Broadway musical, Ragtime, written by the award-winning composer/lyricist team of Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens, and Tony Award-winning playwright, Terrence McNally.

Joshua Tree's Summer Theatre Under the Stars is currently playing their third offering, Miles Gloriosus, and it's good enough that it makes me sad that there's only one more show in the season. I truly hope this becomes an annual event at the amazing Wind Walkers Medicine Wheel theatre-in-the-round.

Sally Wilfert returns to Feinstein’s/54 Below with her brand-new show, How Did I End Up Here? She and music director Joseph Thalken take you on a musical journey from innocent Ohio farm girl to acclaimed Broadway songstress. 

The beloved musical Camelot, with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe, explores one of the greatest romances of all time and paints a luminous picture of a fleeting moment when justice, peace, and righteousness reigned supreme.

Main Street Theatre Works is open for business at the Kennedy Mine Amphitheatre in Jackson, and ready to launch their second summer show. Coming off a successful run of the hilarious Kong's Night Out, MSTW moves from Kong-size chaos to murder, with A Little Murder Never Hurt Anybody. 

So four playwrights walk into a bar and the first one says …. sound like the setup for a joke?  No, it’s actually the premise for Shakespeare in Revue, the delightful second presentation by Joshua Tree’s Theatre Under the Stars.

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present Sally Wilfert in “How Did I End Up Here?” on July 18th and 20th at 7PM.  Sally Wilfert (Assassins, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer) returns to Feinstein’s/54 Below with her brand new show, “How Did I End Up Here?”
