The 5th Annual Broadway Celebrates Earth Day concert will take place Saturday, April 25 from 11am–3pm in Times Square’s Duffy Square in front of the iconic red steps. The event will feature a lineup of Broadway stars.

Tony Award winner Nikki M. James (Suffs, The Book of Mormon), stage & screen favorite Jordan Fisher (Moulin Rouge, Hadestown, “To All The Boys”), and Tony Award nominee Andy Karl (Moulin Rouge, Groundhog Day) had their celebratory opening night performance in Little Shop of Horrors this week! 'Mean Green Mother' has finally made it to the stage version of Little Shop of Horrors – sort of! Major Attaway, who currently voices Audrey II, brought his dreams to life with a new music video of the song featured in the film.

The eleven original songs are pleasant, reminiscent of pop / folk rock, and had my head nodding throughout. Equally as enjoyable to me as recent hits from Jason Robert Brown, Benj Pasek & Justin Paul, or Sara Bareilles.  Another thing you should know is that fuzzy is not complicated or deeply thought provoking.  “fuzzy is an invitation to sit with other people and remember together that it’s alright to feel things”.  It is a darling maybe even adorable little piece of musical theatre, you will likely be glad you had the chance to experience.
