Productivity Media, Inc. (PMI), the film finance and production company has partnered with Chad Archibald and Cody Calahan and their Black Fawn Films (BF) for a slate of ten genre titles to be co-produced and financed by PMI. Currently in production is IT FEEDS starring Ashley Greene (THE TWILIGHT SAGA) and Shawn Ashmore (X-MEN SERIES).

Playwrights' Center and Venturous Theater Fund have revealed the 2023-25 Venturous Playwright Fellows: Harmon dot aut, with their play Tornado Tastes Like Aluminum Sting (in partnership with Spectrum Theatre Ensemble and the Contemporary American Theater.

Inkcarceration will feature an all-star rock and metal lineup led by headliners Slipknot, Pantera and Limp Bizkit, plus more than 65 tattoo artists and haunted attractions at the historic grounds of the Ohio State Reformatory (made famous by the movie The Shawshank Redemption), located in Mansfield, Ohio.

Acclaimed stage and screen actor Tim Hardy is bringing his critically acclaimed solo show, The Trials of Galileo to Greenside Venues in Edinburgh from 4 - 26 August.

I am always excited to get to know theatre troupes new to me, so, imagine my joy and sadness when I went to review MEMPHIS THE MUSICAL with Center Stage Productions in Jonesboro and found out that they are going dark for the unforeseeable future.

Casting has been revealed for the return of Off-Broadway’s absurdly irreverent musical comedy, A Musical About Star: Or, Why Star Wars is the Greatest Thing to Ever Happen in the History of the Galaxy Much, Much Better Than Star Trek! 

This summer definitely looks different from what I had planned back in January, but I am thrilled with the way things have turned out. I’m learning to take things day by day and enjoy every opportunity that comes my way. Between visiting friends and family, taking time to rest, and embracing new experiences, I know this summer will be balanced and full of joy.
