FUNNY GIRL, the sensational musical comedy revival, is coming to DPAC for a limited one-week engagement from November 7 – 12, 2023, as part of Truist Broadway at DPAC.   

Lyme Disease: The Musical (Original Cast Recording) will be released on music streaming platforms on July 28, 2023. Lyme Disease: The Musical (Original Cast Recording) is the musical companion to the original dark comedy Lyme Disease: The Musical, which premiered at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles, CA in June 2022.

Award-winning north east theatre company, DarlingtonOS, has announced the highly-anticipated casting of the beloved musical Footloose.

The 2023 San Francisco Fringe Festival will present 45 performances by 15 indie theater companies from August 10 through August 26, 2023. Each company will have three performances and tickets are available at Eventbrite.com.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that its acclaimed new version of Lerner & Loewe’s CAMELOT will end its run at the Vivian Beaumont Theater on Sunday, July 23, at which point it will have played a total of 153 performances (38 previews and 115 regular performances). 

National Alliance for Musical Theatre has revealed the roster of new musicals for their 35th Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS, which returns in person and takes place on Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27, 2023, at New World Stages.

They have a handful of tracks under their belt already, produced by engineer Blake Harnage (Tate McRae, PVRIS), which have garnered over 600,000 streams. The trio finished their debut EP with producer Keith Varon (Machine Gun Kelly, Travis Barker, The Aces, Nightly, jxdn), which is expected to be released in September 2023. Watch the video now!

The track arrives with a video directed by Sam Taylor, who previously directed the videos for Fontaines D.C.’s “I Love You” and “Roman Holiday”. Speaking of the video, Taylor explains, “Taking inspiration from Lars Von Trier, George Orwell, Billy Wilder, our film analyses loneliness, self-doubt then acceptance, appreciation and human connection.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of Carole J. Bufford in the world premiere of her new show “Divine Decadence” for a special six-performance engagement from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23 with shows each night at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
