American Repertory Theater (A. R.T.) has revealed that the cast of its upcoming production of Rhinoceros directed by Paulus will feature Paul Giamatti, Tatania Maslany, and John Turturro.

A slew of stage actors have joined the cast of the upcoming film from Tom McCarthy, including Noah Robbins, Dylan Baker, and Michael Chernus, as well as Tony Award winners Michael Cerveris and Nina Arianda.

Sony Pictures Classics has acquired worldwide rights to The Only Living Pickpocket in New York, written and directed by Noah Segan. The film had its world premiere at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival and will be released this fall.

The 24 Hour Plays Nationals, an annual professional development initiative for early-career theater artists, will return this summer for a 15th year, with cohorts in both New York and Los Angeles.

The 24 Hour Plays will return to Los Angeles this month. The event is set for February 28, 2026 at 7 PM at Huron Station Playhouse, 2640 Huron St, Los Angeles, CA 90065.
