Neil Simon's BAREFOOT IN THE PARK Will Open at the Queens Theatre

When Barefoot in the Park opens at the Queens Theatre on Saturday, November 15th, two fantastic actors will fill the iconic roles of newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter who are attempting to start their new life together. Queens Theatre Announces Its 31st Season

Queens Theatre kicks off our 31st season with a bang  with a trio of performances by Parsons Dance company in September. Called 'one of the great movers of modern dance,' by The New York Times, Parsons Dance is everything that is right about American modern dance. Innovative, exuberant and gifted, this company always delivers. Sept. 21 at 2pm & 8pm, and Sept. 22 at 3pm. 

Queens Theatre To Present Comedy RELIC This May

The Queens Theatre may cause a stir when it premieres Relic, or, I Was Bubbie's Favorite by Joel Feinman (as told to Lojo Simon), an outrageous new comedy by playwright Lojo Simon and directed by Will Pomerantz, that explores the cult of celebrity, religion and idolatry in modern times. The play, set in the Queens neighborhood of Rego Park, revolves around an out-of-work actor who finds what purports to be the world's greatest relic in his grandmother's attic, offering him the fame and fortune he always sought. He discovers, however, that it may not be all he wants! Performances will be held Friday, May 10th through Sunday, May 19th (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays).

Queens Theatre to Host Local Author Meet and Greet

It will be a 'Page to Stage' day when Queens Theatre hosts a Queens Children's Book Author Meet and Greet along with two performances of the famed musical, Anne of Green Gables, on Sunday, April 28th.

Queens Theatre Offers Training For Early-Career Actors With Disabilities

Queens Theatre is excited to announce its new training program specifically for early-career Deaf and disabled actors with its Theatre For All Initiative. The two-week, free program runs Sept. 16 to Sept. 28, and will include workshops on Acting for the Camera, Acting for the Stage, Movement, Voice, Improv, Auditioning, and Commercials. The program will culminate with a showcase performance for an invited industry audience.

Real-Life Broadway Couples Celebrate Love At The Queens Theatre

Audiences will be treated to a romantic night with a musical score from across the spectrum of Broadway, pop, the American Songbook, and country music. Both performances will include personal stories from the cast and a lively question and answer session with the audience.

Queens Theatre (Taryn Sacramone, Executive Director) will present Broadway Valentine, a concert-style revue produced by Stephen DeAngelis exclusively for Queens Theatre, located at 14 United Nations Avenue South in Flushing Meadows Corona Park for two performances only on February 17 at 8pm and February 18 at 3pm.

SENSE AND SENSIBILITY Comes to Queens Theatre

Aquila Theatre will bring its exciting new stage adaptation of the beloved Jane Austen novel Sense and Sensibility to Queens Theatre. The play, adapted for the stage by Jessica Swale and directed by Desiree Sanchez, will run from October 20 to October 22. Returning to Queens Theatre after the witty and fast-paced Adventures of Sherlock Holmes they presented last season, Aquila Theatre brings Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility vividly to life.

JIMMY AND CAROLYN Starts Tonight at Queens Theatre

JIMMY AND CAROLYN begins performances tonight, September 15, 2017 and runs through Sunday, October 1, 2017 in the theatre's studio space located at The New York State Pavilion in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.
