Netflix has shared the trailer for Wedding Season. Pressured by their parents to find spouses, Asha (Pallavi Sharda) and Ravi (Suraj Sharma) pretend to date in order to survive a summer of weddings— but find themselves falling for each other as they struggle to balance who they are with who their parents want them to be.

The 10-episode comedy will star Hilary Duff ('Younger') as Sophie, with Duff also serving as a producer. The sequel will use a multi- and single-camera approach similar to its predecessor. The cast also includes Kim Cattrall, Josh Peck, Chris Lowell, Francia Raisa, Tom Ainsley, Suraj Sharma, and Tien Tran.

In the near future, Sophie (Hillary Duff) is telling her son the story of how she met his father: a story that catapults us back to the year 2021 where Sophie and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options. 

How I Met Your Father follows Sophie (Hilary Duff) as she tells her son the story of how she met his father. Cattrall will recur as the future version of Sophie, joining Ashley Reyes, Josh Peck, Chris Lowell, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Francia Raisa, and Suraj Sharma.

From The Tank and Hypokrit Productions comes a new, completely unique, interactive virtual production, ISLANDS OF CONTENTMENT. Written by Dipti Bramhandkar and directed by Arpita Mukherjee & Hannah Wolf, Islands of Contentment is composed of thirteen monologues about the complexities of romantic relationships.

For the first time in theater history, a curated cast of South Asian actors from around the world will take to the virtual stage to perform Dipti Bramhandkar's 'Islands of Contentment,' presented by New York City's The Tank and co-produced by Hypokrit Productions via Zoom every weekend from April 16th to May 2nd.

The Tank announced today two upcoming co-productions for spring 2021. Hypokrit Productions and The Tank will present Islands of Contentment by Dipti Bramhandkar (American Rookie). The Tank, in partnership with RealTime Interventions' postal plays festival Post Theatrical, will present Capricorn 29 by Alex Hare and Julia Izumi.

The CBS has cancelled its drama series “God Friended Me” after two seasons, according to Variety. The series will now air a two-hour series finale on April 26.

The Paley Center for Media will present Shaping Our Nation's Story: African- American Achievements in Television Presented by Citi from February 1-28. Coinciding with the 60th anniversary of Motown and the 100th birthday anniversary celebration of Jackie Robinson, this monthlong celebration will take place at the Paley Center's locations in New York City and Beverly Hills and will feature an interactive exhibit, family craft activities, education classes for high school students focusing on the civil rights movement, and screenings that take visitors on a nostalgic journey through the most significant African-American moments in television. 

CBS announced today that it has renewed the freshman hit drama GOD FRIENDED ME for the 2019-2020 broadcast season.

CBS has given full-season orders to the new dramas GOD FRIENDED ME and MAGNUM P.I. and the freshman comedy THE NEIGHBORHOOD for the 2018-2019 broadcast season.

CBS will offer special advance digital access to the premiere episode of the new series GOD FRIENDED ME across the CBS app, CBS All Access, CBS.com, Facebook Premieres, Twitter, Instagram's IGTV and multiple EST platforms (including iTunes, Vudu, Google and Sony) beginning at 2:00 PM, ET/11:00 AM, PT on Friday, August 31 ahead of its broadcast premiere on Sunday, Sept. 30 (8:30-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

CBS today unveiled its 2018-2019 primetime lineup featuring three new comedies, five new dramas and the return of the critically acclaimed MURPHY BROWN. The new series will join 24 returning hits to build on the success of America's Most Watched Network.

"3-D Auteurs," a 19-day, 34-film festival spotlighting stereoscopic movies by some of history's most distinguished directors, will run at Film Forum from Friday, November 11 through Tuesday, November 29. The festival spans 3-D's earliest days (including some turn-of-the-century films by pioneer Georges Melies) to the present, and represents virtually every genre, including Westerns, Film Noir, and Science Fiction.
