Tonight, Adam Rapp's new play Red Light Winter will begin to glow at the Barrow Street Theatre

RED LIGHT WINTER, a new play written and directed by Adam Rapp, will begin rehearsals in New York tomorrow.

With James Earl Jones out of commission with pneunomia until August, the show will close on June 26.

Florie Seerie, formerly of Disney Theatricals, will join MTC on June 20th as the new general manager

James Earl Jones and Leslie Uggams, the Tony Award-winning stars of the new Broadway production of ON GOLDEN POND, will appear in a special joint appearance on The View with Barbara Walters and her co-hosts this coming Tuesday, April 26.

The formidable Producer's Group is being absorbed into Lang Syne Films, Inc.

It was announced today that the upcoming Broadway production of ON GOLDEN POND, starring the legendary James Earl Jones and Tony Award winner Leslie Uggams, has been nominated for 4 Helen Hayes Awards, the prestigious awards that pay tribute to excellence in professional theater in Washington, DC. The production premiered last Fall at The Kennedy Center.

The box office at The Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) will open on Monday, February 28 at 10AM for the new production of the beloved play ON GOLDEN POND starring two-time Tony Award winner and Academy Award nominee James Earl Jones (Fences, The Great White Hope) and Tony Award winner Leslie Uggams (Hallelujah, Baby!, King Hedley II).
