Academy Award-Winning comedian Steven Wright will bring his stand-up comedy act to The Orleans Showroom at The Orleans Hotel and Casino on Saturday, June 25. Audiences can also enjoy performances by “Anything for Salinas Band – Tribute to Selena” and Maná tribute band Corazón De Maná at The Club at Cannery Casino Hotel on Saturday, June 18. 

Live Comedy returns to Samuel Slater's in Webster, MA on Saturday, April 23rd with headliner Paul Nardizzi and special guests James Dorsey and Dan Boulger. Doors open at 7pm; show starts at 8pm.

In A MINISTER'S WIFE, the composer's collaboration with Austin Pendleton (book), and Jan Levy Tranen (lyrics) dilutes his influence on CANDIDA's transcription, relegating the audience to a compendiary version that eliminates, among other elements, Candida's businessman father - a staunch capitalist foil to her socialist husband, the Reverend James Morell. Just as well, I suppose, given the daunting task of mixing up politics with a love triangle.

Raue Center For The Arts has announced the return of Steve Cochran’s New Year’s Eve Comedy Show at 3 p.m. on December 31, 2021.

Rap personalities Alec “Despot” Reinstein, Ashok “Dap” Kondabolu and Aleksey “Lakutis” Weintraub invite their friends to join them at the edge of nature. The series features music industry icons including Young Thug, Lil Yachty, Rosalía, Gunna, Killer Mike, Ski Mask the Slump God, Lil Tecca, Coi Leray, and Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koening. 

The Van Wezel has announced that Steven Wright's performance on October 21, 2021 has been canceled.  

Barnstable's own Jim Ruberti brings top Boston comedians for a final summer night of laughter on Cape Cod! September Comedy with Jim Ruberti & Friends features Boston A-listers Mark Riley and Janet McNamara on Wednesday, September 1 at Cotuit Center for the Arts. Presented by Cotuit Center for the Arts and Scamps Comedy Productions, showtime is 7:30 p.m. in the Outdoor Theater. Tickets are $25. Material is suitable for those 18 and up.

The Seven Deadly Sins cycle has been adapted into seven short audio theatre pieces, which can be enjoyed together or separately for the most flexible listening experience. Kash Goins' 74 SECONDS...TO JUDGMENT, which was staged at Philadelphia's Arden Theatre Company in 2019, is returning for a limited time as a new radio play. Helmed by the original production's director, Amina Robinson, 74 SECONDS...TO JUDGMENT: A Radio Play, will be presented for streaming audiences March 8 through March 21, 2021.

The Marsh announces the line-up for its first-ever digital global festival, MarshStream International Solo Fest, presenting performers aged 16 to 79 from across the nation and around the world, including Russia, Scotland, Israel, Canada, and Australia, as well as some of The Marsh's fan-favorites in a four day online marathon of 51 global works.

Temporary Occupancy, a new immersive digital creation, will receive a limited performance run with the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Performances are from September 10 through the October 4.
