The Prince Fellowship, in association with Columbia University School of the Arts, has revealed that Maxwell Beer has received The Prince Fellowship and Amy Marie Haven has received the Prince/TTLP Fellowship.

In my last entry, I covered playwriting tips for outlining and creating the idea for a strong play or musical. Now that we’ve covered how to make a solid plan for the piece you’re trying to write, there comes a time to put that plan into action and give a shot at the writing portion! Here’s my advice on how to kickstart your script and bring your planned piece to life.

Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) has announced that Alice by Heart is now available for licensing for performances taking place by June 30, 2025.

The critically acclaimed New York theatre company BEDLAM will present ARCADIA By Tom Stoppard this fall, off-Broadway at the West End Theater (263 W 86th Street).  Directed by Eric Tucker (BEDLAM Artistic Director), ARCADIA begins previews on October 27, 2023. The strictly limited 5-week engagement opens on November 12, 2023.

The Company Theatre will present the final production of its inaugural season, SPRING AWAKENING, July 27-30 at the Temple Theater Mainstage, 50 Liberty Pole Way, Rochester, NY 14604.
