Uptown Players has announced the return of its beloved annual fundraiser, Broadway Our Way, with an all-new production brimming with creativity, theatrical magic, and a hint of royal mischief.

Brace yourselves for the most spectacular musical holiday event of the year! Uptown Players will present 'Jada Bells - A Holiday Extravaganza,' starring the sensational Lee Walter as the vivacious Jada Pinkett Fox.

Uptown Players presents its 20th annual fundraiser Broadway Our Way '23. This year's production is written and directed by B.J. Cleveland, choreographed by Jeremy Dumont with music direction by Kevin Gunter and Vonda K Bowling and musical arrangements by Adam C. Wright. Broadway Our Way will run Apriil 20 - 23, at the Kalita Humphreys Theater.

Uptown Players presents its 19th annual fundraiser Broadway Our Way '22. This year's production is written and directed by B.J. Cleveland, choreographed by Andrew Coopman with music direction by Kevin Gunter and Kelley Poche Rodriguez and musical arrangements by Adam C. Wright. Broadway Our Way will run June 9 - 12, at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. This year's event includes the return of two special guests, Emerson Collins and Black McIver

The story sprawls over decades, steeped in the history and culture of the American south, accompanied by the most beautiful, toe-tapping, heart-breaking folk music you've ever heard. A story rooted in family, tradition, and home deserves a venue as homey as The Firehouse Theatre.

The Firehouse Theatre is proud to present the regional premiere of Bright Star May 23 - June 9, 2019. Inspired by real events of the 1940s, Bright Star tells a tale of love and redemption told through a Grammy-nominated bluegrass score. Written by Texans Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, Bright Star premiered on Broadway in 2016. Local favorite Lucy Shea will return to Dallas from Chicago to star as Alice Murphy in Bright Star. Tyler Jeffrey Adams directs.

Uptown Players presents its 17th annual fundraiser Broadway Our Way '19. This year's production is written by B.J. Cleveland, directed and choreographed by B.J. Cleveland and Jeremy Dumont with Music Direction by Kevin Gunter and will run May 10 - May 12, 2019, at the Moody Performance Hall.

Brick Road Theatre will present the hit musical Mamma Mia! at Courtyard Theatre (1509 H Ave in Plano, Texas) October 19 - 28, 2018 directed by Katharine Quinn with music direction by Isaac Leaverton. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sunday at 2:30 pm. Tickets cost $30 and can be purchased at the Box Office or online at brickroadtheatre.org.

At nearly 60 years old, GYPSY still has a story to tell - and the story being told at Firehouse Theatre now through Sunday, June 17th should not be missed! This Saturday, WaterTower Theatre will produce a one-night-only benefit concert production of PARADE, a musical the theatre produced 10 years ago in their 2006-2007 Season. Inspired by the true events surrounding the 1913 murder trial of Leo Frank, a Brooklyn-raised Jew living in Georgia who is wrongly convicted of the murder of 13-year old Mary Phagan, PARADE is filled with soaring music and a heart-wrenching story, offering a moral lesson about the dangers of prejudice and ignorance that should not be forgotten.  Amid religious intolerance, political injustice and racial tension, the stirring Tony Award-winning PARADE explores the endurance of love and hope.
