South West based theatre company Down Stage Write have announced 'Write Up! 2021'-a year-long programme of support and opportunities for playwrights based in Devon and Cornwall.

This Christmas, Down Stage Write theatre company are presenting five brand new seasonally spooky tales written by playwrights from Devon and Cornwall with a modern digital twist. All five plays will be presented on WhatsApp and can be enjoyed from the comfort of audience's homes anywhere in the world.  

Otterbein University's theater department has never been known to play it safe when it comes to selecting plays. The department, which brought such works as AFTER THE FALL, SPRING AWAKENINGS and FULL MONTY to the stage in recent years, continues to stretch its audience with its most recent production MIDDLETOWN.

DAMES AT SEA is listed as a parody of the Busby Berkley musicals of the 1930s but the Otterbein University's production of the George Haimsohn and Robin Miller musical comes across as a loving tribute than a skewering of the glitzy, style-over substance musicals.

One can only imagine the conversation between David Buergler and his parents John and Kim when he found out he landed a major role in Otterbein University's production of THE FULL MONTY.

Otterbein University will present Arthur Miller's AFTER THE FALL on March 7-10 and March 14-16 at the Fritsche Theatre on 30 S. Grove Street in Westerville. The play presents a rare glimpse into the mind of the playwright and his failed marriage to actress Marilyn Monroe.
