New York City drag legend Lady Bunny is set to bring her new show The Greatest Ho on Earth! to Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood for two performances only on Friday, September 23, at 8:30pm, and (added by popular demand) Monday, September 26 at 8:30pm.

Michael Childers “One Night Only' celebrates its 16th year in the desert with “New York, New York” on November 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. This year’s theme is all about New York in all its glory from Harlem and the Cotton Club to Broadway and 42nd Street to Studio 54. All proceeds benefit The Barbara Sinatra Children's Foundation. Once again the creative team is helmed by director Scott Coulter and musical director Todd Schroeder. It’s been a while since Liz Callaway last performed on a Nashville stage – it was a performance of “The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber” with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra – and longer still since the time she auditioned for Opryland USA while still a high school student (she wasn’t cast, but more about that later…), so sharing the stage of Andrew Jackson Hall with her longtime pal and confidant Jason Graae on Saturday, August 20, is something she eagerly anticipates.

Even after a brief telephone conversation – which covers as many subjects as time will allow – it’s quite clear that Jason Graae is not only an acclaimed actor, entertainer and stage/film/tv performer. He is, at his very core, a raconteur (which is a fancy French way of saying he can tell a great story).

Thanks to the successful and continuing partnership of Studio Tenn and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Sam Harris returns to Nashville this Saturday night for an evening of Cabaret On Stage, the kick-off of the second season of such offerings on the stage of TPAC’s Andrew Jackson Hall.

The legendary Sam Harris will be appearing for two performances only in his new show Openly Gray!, at Feinstein’s at The Nikko on Wednesday, June 8, and Thursday, June 9, at 8pm. The show features his definitive interpretations of pop, theatre, and standards, accompanied by his long-time musical director Todd Schroeder. It’s an evening of celebration and reflection, filled with Harris’s singular comedic observations and soul-bearing introspection.

Nashville's Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) today announces its non-Broadway programming lineup for 2022-23, including the launch of new series for dance, theater, and family presentations as well as the return of its Cabaret On Stage series, co-presented with Studio Tenn.

This year's graduating seniors have had anything but a normal high school experience and the past two years have taught them resilience, flexibility, and grace. Undoubtedly, they deserve a bit of celebration for their tenacity and courage. Luckily for students at Sonora High School, Todd Schroeder is back after a five-year hiatus to raise money for the Todd Schroeder Young Artists' Grant to benefit young graduates going into the arts. Todd himself is a graduate of Sonora High School who went on to a successful career as a pianist, composer, and music director. Since 1995, Todd has been giving back to the community with this grant. This year boasts an impressive lineup of celebrities, such as Jason Alexander of Seinfeld fame. Broadway World spoke to Todd about his organization and what we can look forward to at this year's benefit concert that will be happening in Sonora on April 30.

I read some really wonderful behind-the-sceens anecdotes on Broadway Actress Katy Grenfell's private Facebook page about a week ago where she lifted the curtain on her experiences in the 1997 Broadway show THE LIFE.

After a five-year hiatus, Schroeder will return to his hometown high school to raise money for this benefit concert. The Todd Schroeder's Young Artist Grant (YAG) was started in 1995 for visual and performing arts students at Sonora High School in Sonora, California. Since its inception, over 50 grants have been awarded.
