Unstoppable Theater will present, in association with Nora Brigid Monahan and the United Solo Theatre Festival, the world premiere of self-made martyr, written and performed by Hannah Burke, at Theatre Row's Studio Theatre on Friday, November 4th, 2022, at 7pm.

Call it “Sunday in the Park with A Cabbello” – clearly apropos for a special encore engagement of ““We’re Still Here” celebrating the music and legacy of Stephen Sondheim. Following the success of their first with-audience performance in two years May 14 & 15, the “BelloGents” of A Cabbello are back.

The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver, a malnourished orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance amongst a group of petty thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft that he did not commit, the benevolent victim, Mr. Brownlow takes him in. Fearing the safety of his hideout, Fagin employs the sinister Bill Sikes and the sympathetic Nancy to kidnap him back, threatening Oliver’s chances of discovering the true love of a family. Creators Scott Griffin and David Hudson announced complete casting today for the DC production of the 'smashed' hit Off-Broadway comedy Drunk Shakespeare. Directed by Hudson and Lisa Klages, Drunk Shakespeare will open at The Sage Theatre on Thursday, July 7, 2022.

Produced by Ethan Johns, this emotionally charged collection features thirteen brand new songs. On the title track, Tom’s voice soars, painting a picture of a man who is both bemused and confused with thoughts of his midlife. These feelings are beautifully captured in an evocative film starring Niamh Cusack, directed by Lucy Bridger.

Saugerties' Round the Bend Theatre will present a staged reading of David Bunce's “The Mighty Lambs” on Saturday July 9 and Sunday July 10 at Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill.
