In support of her recently released album Singular: Act I,singer/songwriter and actress Sabrina Carpenter is set to hit the road on The Singular Tour, her first run of tour dates for 2019. The 16-city North American headline tour kicks off March 2 in Orlando, Florida and will make stops in major cities such as Atlanta, Boston, DC, New York, Detroit and Chicago before concluding on March 25 in Los Angeles. (Dates and venues below).

After conducting an extensive worldwide casting call, Netflix announced today that actor, dancer, and model Ava Michelle will play the lead role in its upcoming live action comedy Tall Girl, making her feature film debut. The film captures the tone of the classic John Hughes movies, while exploring the nuanced and delicate relationships that make high school challenging, frustrating, memorable, and uplifting. Ava Michelle, who is 6 feet and 1 inch tall, will play Jodi, a 16 year old who must embrace what makes her different and be proud to stand out, not fit in.

Lythgoe Family Panto (LFP) expands across America this holiday season, including a multi-year deal at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium beginning with their newest production - THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ. It will be directed by Bonnie Lythgoe and choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha D'umo (NappyTabs), with book by Kris Lythgoe and Michael Orland (American Idol) serving as musical arranger and supervisor. Casting is by executive producer Becky Lythgoe. This will be the seventh holiday season of Lythgoe Family Panto in Pasadena, and their second in this larger venue.

Season two of 'Milo Murphy's Law,' the Emmy® Award-nominated animated series starring legendary satirist Al Yankovic (professionally known as 'Weird Al') as the voice of Milo Murphy, debuts with a one-hour 'Phineas and Ferb' crossover special SATURDAY, JAN. 5 (7:00–8:00 a.m. EST/PST), on both Disney Channel and Disney XD. The special, titled 'The Phineas and Ferb Effect,' will also be available that same day on DisneyNOW and Disney Channel VOD. Both series hail from acclaimed animation producers Dan Povenmire and Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh, who will reprise their 'Phineas and Ferb' roles as Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram, in addition to voicing time travelers from the future, Vinnie Dakota and Balthazar Cavendish, in 'Milo Murphy's Law.'

Singer and actor Jet Jurgensmeyer has released his new song and video “Real World,” following the exclusive premiere with Tiger Beat. The video was shot in various locations around Los Angeles, CA including the Hollywood Bowl and was directed by The Riker Brothers. “Real World” was co-written by pop star Sabrina Carpenter alongside Josiah Rosen, Sandy Chila and Abram Dean.

Following the release of her album Singular: Act I last Friday, multi-talented singer, songwriter and actor Sabrina Carpenter unveiled the music video for her current single “Sue Me” today – watch HERE. The video premiered on MTV Live and mtvU and aired on Viacom's billboard in New York City's iconic Times Square today. Simultaneously from across the pond, Carpenter conducted a livestreamed album release event at YouTube's London office which included an acoustic performance and Q&A and culminated with the debut of the music video.

After months of anticipation, singer/songwriter and actress Sabrina Carpenter released the first part of her third studio album Singular: Act I today on Hollywood Records – available everywhere HERE.

E! announced today the list of presenters set to take the stage to hand out the only awards voted on by the people at “The E! People's Choice Awards” on Sunday, November 11. The event, which will feature unique fan experiences and a variety of surprises throughout the show, will broadcast live across the cable networks of NBCUniversal, including Bravo, E!, SYFY, Universo, and USA Network, and will air in 161 countries.

The opening night celebration of THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ on December 14 will also serve as a benefit for the GiveKidsPanto program.  Lythgoe Family Panto created GiveKidsPanto, a non-profit educational program, serving over 6,000 Title 1 students across America annually. For many of these students, this is their first opportunity to see live theater.  GiveKidsPanto raises funds, which allows each LFP production across the country to add a student matinee to their performance schedule.  The funds raised through GiveKidsPanto go to facilitate the student's bus transportation to and from the theater as well as buy the tickets to the performances.  Last year at the Pasadena Civic alone, over 2,000 students from the Pasadena and Greater Los Angeles area schools were brought in to see a performance of Beauty and the Beast: A Christmas Rose.  For more information please contact events@americanpanto.com

This week, Fox2000 announced that because THE HATE U GIVE has had such strong word of mouth, it will release two weeks early. It will premiere in limited release on October 5th, expand on October 12th, and go wide on its original release date of October 19th. Depending on where you live, you may be able to catch it up to two weeks early.
