The Book of Mormon celebrates its 5000th performance on Broadway tonight, a rare feat only a handful of Broadway shows have accomplished. To celebrate the milestone performance, the cast of the hit musical have tried to guess the other 11 musicals that have reached 5000 performances. See how many they got correct in a new video!

The Book of Mormon, winner of nine 2011 Tony Awards including Best Musical and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, will celebrate its 5,000th performance on Broadway on Monday, November 4.

With the fifth season now airing, we compiled a list of the Broadway stars who appear across the five seasons of Only Murders in the Building and how you might know them on the stage.

McCoy Rigby Entertainment is currently presenting a superb, highly-entertaining Southern California Regional Premiere production of BEAUTIFUL at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, which continues performances through December 3, 2023. To put it simply, this production is quite well done. Oh, if only all jukebox musicals were this good.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT announce full casting for the second show of its 2023-2024 “Soundtrack of Your Life” season, the Southern California regional theatre premiere of the Tony Award-winning, BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL.

Dreamgirls is now playing at the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre through July 24. The musical follows the tumultuous story of a young female singing trio from Chicago, Illinois called “The Dreams” who become music superstars. Get a first look at photos here!

The Carole King Musical will return to the Paramount Theatre for three performances only – on Friday, April 8 (8pm) and Saturday, April 9 (2pm and 8pm). The two previously scheduled performances on Sunday, April 10 (1pm and 6:30 pm) have been cancelled due to the limited availability of transportation to ship the set to the tour’s next engagement.

Beautiful – The Carole King Musical returned to the road on November 2, 2021 in Chicago, IL, having been off the road for 600 days due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Beautiful opened last night at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, NJ and will play more than 65 cities on its 2021-22 North American Touring season.

Transcendence Theatre Company will close their 10th anniversary season of Broadway Under The Stars with their highly anticipated  Annual Gala Concert, September 10th through the 19th at Jack London State Historic Park.
