His Story: The Musical, the world-premiere musical coming to Dallas-Fort Worth this spring, has announced its cast.

The Tony-nominated producing and creative team of His Story: The Musical will hold open call auditions in Arlington, TX on February 11, 2023, to find the original cast of the world premiere production, opening in Dallas-Fort Worth this May.

This week, Bruce Lazarus will present a by-invitation-only workshop of His Story, The Musical, an original musical with book music and lyrics by Anna Miriam Brown and directed by three-time Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun (Newsies, Bonnie & Clyde).

Premier theater company Repertory Philippines (REP) has released a few snapshots of 'The Great Christmas Cookie Bake Off!' Staged and filmed for several days by REP’s children’s theater division, REP Theatre for Young Audiences (RTYA), 'The Great Christmas Cookie Bake Off!' will stream on Broadway On Demand for one month, November 12-December 12, 2021. This marks RTYA’s return to the stage—although virtual—since the first major lockdown in the metro early last year.

The Great Christmas Cookie Bakeoff! will be streamed by Repertory Philippines next month. The production features a book, music and lyrics by Rick Hip-Flores, and is directed by Joy Virata.

As we filed out of the theatre following the performance of the World Premiere Musical, A CROSSING, I leaned in toward BSC Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and said, “I am torn between two words - magnificent and gorgeous”. She replied, “I will take them both”, and I assure you deservedly so.
