Get ready to laugh Australia and New Zealand with Becky Lucas as she tours Things Have Changed, But The Essence Remains. She comes to Melbourne Comedy Festival this week.

Juliet & Romeo, a new pop musical reimagining of one of the world’s most iconic love stories, will be released on May 9, 2025. The movie stars Clara Rugaard and Jamie Ward in the title roles and features original pop music by Evan Kidd Bogart.

Leslye Headland’s CULT OF LOVE, directed by Trip Cullman, has just found its cast! The New York Premiere production of CULT OF LOVE will begin previews on November 20th and will officially open on December 12th at the Helen Hayes Theater. Check out who will star in the production here!

According to reports, the previously announced pop musical Verona's Romeo & Juliet will be distributed by Briarcliff Entertainment on Valentine's Day 2025. The new movie musical will be the first in a trilogy of pop musical movies that tell the real 1301 story that inspired William Shakespeare's classic play. The film is led by Clara Rugaard and Jamie Ward as Juliet and Romeo, respectively. 

Join the South Bay Wind Ensemble for a special performance of BEETHOVEN ODE TO JOY AT 200, celebrating 200 years of the greatest symphony of all time. The concert also features works by Richard Wagner, Gustav Holst, and Alan Menken.

South Bay Wind Ensemble will begin its  2023/2024 season with 'Frankenstein: Alive in Concert' on October 28, 2023 at 7 p.m. The classic 1931 film has sound and dialog, but no music. So now, South Bay Winds are providing the music with a 2002 score by composer Michael Shapiro.

Riverside’s National Theatre of Parramatta will present the world premiere of Felicity Castagna’s multi-award-winning novel, Girls in Boys’ Cars. Priscilla Jackman’s theatrical adaptation will be presented at Riverside Theatres from Thursday 19th October to Friday 3rd November at Parramatta’s Riverside Theatres. 

Cactus, by Madelaine Nunn, directed by Katie Cawthorne, and performed by Georgia Heath and Fran Sweeney-Nash, will run Aug 16 - Aug 27 at La Mama Courthouse.

Rebel Wilson has signed with Warner Music to have her own, personal label, Rebellionaire. The group chose to partner with Rebel after hearing some of the music from her upcoming directorial debut with The Deb, a new movie musical that will be shot in Australia.
