J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company Announces 2022 Season

J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company has announced the exciting three-musical lineup for its second season. The 2022 season, running February 10 - March 20, 2022 at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th and Dyer Avenues), will include A Class Act, A Day in Hollywood / A Night in the Ukraine, and The Baker’s Wife. 

Billy Crystal Will Return to Broadway in MR. SATURDAY NIGHT

Tony and Emmy Award winner Billy Crystal will return to Broadway in MR. SATURDAY NIGHT, a new musical comedy about one comedian’s meteoric rise to the middle. Performances begin at the Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street) on March 1, 2022 and the show officially opens on March 31, 2022.

The Journal News has reported that Westchester Broadway Theatre has closed after 46 years and 217 mainstage productions due to the effects of the ongoing global health crisis.

Tonight at sundown marks the beginning of Rosh Hashanah, the New Year in the Jewish faith. In celebration and in recognition of the High Holidays beginning this Shabbat, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS has sahred this stirring version of Sabbath Prayer, created virtually by cast members from the 2004 Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof.

Bill Timms, Noted Broadway Talent Agent, Has Passed Away at 62

The Broadway community is mourning the loss of a man whose name may have never appeared on a credits page, but whose presence had a pronounced impact on a host of the industry's brightest names. Agent Bill Timms died this past weekend at age of 62.
