Come set sail on May 19 and 21 as Oakland University's School of Music, Theatre and Dance presents Yo, Vikings!, a fantastic adventure that combines sweeping melodies, thrilling Viking chants, and funky rock 'n roll with a beautiful, heart-warming story to engage and excite every member of the family.

Heathers the Musical, will be ushering in a new cast from 21st February at The Other Palace, with the show now booking until 3 September 2023.

A New Brain was a great production. While the show explores some serious topics, the audience saw some of the rawest performances from Oakland University's theatre program. This cast inspired me, and I highly recommend attending a show at the Varner Theatre. I very much look forward to returning to see what their next show will be. @OUSMTD

 Point Park University's award-winning Pittsburgh Playhouse is pleased to announce its 2019 - 2020 season which features a compelling lineup of new and classic works, including the Tony Award-winning musical Parade directed by Tony Award-winning alumnus Rob Ashford, the world premiere musical Pump Up the Volume, and the Off-Broadway hit, Good Grief. City Theatre is launching a new play reading series tonight with four events scheduled for the 2017-18 season. The readings are free, open to the public, and will be followed by post-show discussions with the cast and playwright.

The 60-minute performances of "Schoolhouse Rock LIVE! Jr." will take place on July 30, 31 and August 1 at 10:30 a.m. and on July 31 at 7:30 p.m. The shows are performed at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center, 601 N. Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, just minutes from the Main Line and Center City. Parking is free. Children are invited to come early for fun pre-show activities and stay after the show to meet cast members. "Schoolhouse Rock, LIVE!
