Irving Berlin's White Christmas opened Sunday night November 17 to a packed house at Theatre at the Center in Munster.  The cast gave a thrilling performance for an audience that was teeming with the holiday spirit.  Theatre at the Center Artistic Director Linda Fortunato directed and choreographed the show.

Within the black box confines at NextStop Theatre Company you can find what I would call one of the best family events of the year: Matilda The Musical. Matilda follows the original Roald Dahl story turned movie premise of a young girl with a love for reading and amazing super powers. Together with fun music, creative technical aspects, and amazing choreography, it's sure to entertain.

After an incredible 10 year anniversary event last year, Rampage have been working hard over the winter to make sure the 2020 edition, from 13th - 14th March in 2020, will be even bigger and better. Returning to the Belgian city of Antwerp and the giant Antwerp Sportpaleis, the line-up this year brims with world-class talent and a very special, fully-fledged headline show from Pendulum Trinity which will be the first time the band have performed outside of the UK, and will be the only time they do so before summer. Happy holidays! iDKHOW have just shared the festive video for 'Merry Christmas Everybody.' The song is a cover of Slade's original and appears on iDK's Christmas Drag EP, which dropped on Friday, November 15.

Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Potter Experience - A Parody by Dan and Jeff has cast a spell on Las Vegas! The hit, family-friendly show celebrated its 200th performance at The Magic Attic showroom inside Bally's Las Vegas on Friday, November 15, 2019. In addition, the show has extended its run at Bally's Las Vegas through May 2020. Tickets are currently on sale at Ticketmaster.com or PottedPotter.com.

Waitress has today announced Willemijn Verkaik in the leading role of Jenna for the upcoming international tour of the Netherlands which will visit the country's largest theatres from September 2020.  

Everyman Theatre continues its 2019/2020 season with Agatha Christie's famous whodunita?"the literary, cinematic, and now theatrical classic, Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express. Everyman's production, directed by Founding Artistic Director Vincent M. Lancisi and adapted by noted playwright Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Crazy For You), runs December 3, 2019, through January 5, 2020.

Food has many uses, one of which is communicating an emotion. It can even hold a memory. These themes surrounding the emotional resonance of food is the overarching raison d'être for playwright Julia Cho's 2016 play AUBERGINE, which continues performances at Orange County's South Coast Repertory in Costa Mesa through November 16, 2019. In her introspective, cautiously-paced play, food is used as a means for bonding and connection---because standard communication by other methods doesn't seem to be as effective in conveying one's feelings.
