London Premiere of Sophie Treadwell's MACHINAL Announced

The Old Vic and Ustinov Studio, Theatre Royal Bath have announced the London premiere of Sophie Treadwell’s Machinal, directed by Richard Jones (Endgame, The Hairy Ape) and starring The Stage 100 2024 Rising Star Rosie Sheehy (Oleanna, Romeo and Julie), in a limited run from 11 April-01 June 2024.

Kate Fleetwood and Callum Scott Howells Join A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE at Theatre Royal Bath

It is announced that Dominic West will lead an all-star cast in this hotly anticipated production, as he is joined by Olivier and Tony Award nominee Kate Fleetwood (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Macbeth, London Road) and BAFTA Cymru Award winner Callum Scott Howells, star of Channel 4’s It’s A Sin and West End phenomenon Cabaret.

Full Cast Announced for World Premiere of ONCE UPON A TIME IN NAZI OCCUPIED TUNISIA

The Almeida Theatre has announced the full cast for the world premiere of Josh Azouz’s Once Upon a Time in Nazi Occupied Tunisia. Eleanor Rhode directs Adrian Edmondson, Laura Hanna, Ethan Kai, Pierro Niel-Mee, Yasmin Paige and Daniel Rainford in the production which runs from Saturday 21 August – Saturday 18 September.

The celebrations for the marriage between Theseus of Athens and his new slave bride Hippolyta are in full swing with techno music, dances, and lots of straight vodka. Lysander and Hermia are in love but her father Egeus wants her married to Demetrius, the focus of Helena's desire. Fairy royal couple Titania and Oberon have become estranged because of her disobedience. While the figures try to resolve their differences, the sun sets on Regent's Park in a jubilation of red and yellow while the Rude Mechanicals rehearse their play.

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Announce Full Casting For A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre have today announced full casting for A Midsummer Night's Dream (28 June - 27 July). Directed by Dominic Hill, Artistic Director of Citizen's Theatre, Glasgow, the production features Amber James as Hippolyta/Titania, Kieran Hill (Theseus/Oberon), Susan Wokoma (Bottom) and Myra McFadyen (Puck).

Cast And Creative Team Confirmed For GHOSTS At Royal & Derngate

The full cast and creative team has been confirmed for Royal & Derngate's world premiere production of a brand new version by Mike Poulton of Henrik Ibsen's masterpiece Ghosts, opening in Northampton in April. The cast will be led by Penny Downie, James Wilby, Declan Conlon and Pierro Niel-Mee, and the play is directed by Lucy Bailey with Mike Britton as designer, Oliver Fenwick as lighting designer and Richard Hammarton as sound designer and composer.
