It has been announced that The Terminator and Aliens star Michael Biehn will join Season 2 of The Mandalorian. The actor will appear on the series in an as yet undisclosed role.

Rosario Dawson is set to play Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian on Disney Plus, according to Slash Film. Dawson will play the live-action version of the fan-favorite Rebels and Clone Wars character.

Gunpowder & Sky, a fast growing independent global entertainment company, announced today that it has acquired U.S. rights to filmmaker Neasa Hardiman's critically-acclaimed Irish sci-fi/thriller SEA FEVER following its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. Gunpowder & Sky will release the film theatrically in the U.S. in early 2020 through its sci-fi label, DUST.

The event showcased the sweeping array of talent with in-person and video appearances from the stars of Disney+'s slate of originals from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic and included sneak peeks, trailer premieres, and exclusive news about the service and its upcoming projects. Actress Yvette Nicole Brown, who stars in the Disney+ original film “Lady and the Tramp,” hosted the lively presentation, welcoming Kevin Mayer, chairman, Direct-to-Consumer & International, to the stage to kick off the show.

Deadline reports that frequent Disney collaborator Ming-Na Wen has joined the cast of 'The Mandalorian' on Disney+. Wen appears on ABC's 'Agents of Shield'and provided the speaking voice of 'Mulan' in the original film. The 'Star Wars' series for will be her third Disney property.
