Rising country trio TEMECULA ROAD has signed a co-publishing deal with JRM Publishing and Disney Music Publishing. 

In advance of the Disney Advertising Sales Virtual Roadshow presentation, Freeform highlighted its commitment to bold and boundary-pushing young adult content with the pickups of both “Everything's Gonna be Okay“ and “Motherland: Fort Salem,” as well as the recently announced scripted romantic-comedy series “Love in the Time of Corona'

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Freeform has canceled Marvel's 'Cloak and Dagger' after two seasons.

As the Halloween season comes to a close, Freeform will continue to be the home for all holiday viewing with the second year of the “Kickoff to Christmas” programming event, starting on Friday, Nov. 1. With a month full of holiday fun, this year will also include two new Freeform originals. The film “Turkey Drop,” from Muse Entertainment, will air Saturday, Nov. 23, at 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST/PST. The original holiday competition series, “Wrap Battle,” will air Monday, Nov. 25, at 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST/PST.

Hollywood Records artist Olivia Holt released the song/video for “Bad Girlfriend” today. Collaborating again with writer Carolina Ailin, who wrote Olivia's hit single “History” (certified GOLD) as well as Dua Lipa's #1 hit “New Rules,” “Bad Girlfriend” marks the first new music from this multi-talented artist since 2017. 

Cheryl Hines ('Curb Your Enthusiasm') joins Freeform's new Thanksgiving movie 'Turkey Drop,' set to premiere on SATURDAY, NOV. 23 (9:00 p.m. EST), during Freeform's 'Kickoff to Christmas' programming stunt.

Freeform announced today that it has picked up a new holiday movie, “Turkey Drop” from Muse Entertainment, set to premiere during Freeform's “Kick Off to Christmas” programming block in November. The network's first Thanksgiving feature will star Olivia Holt, best known for her role as Tandy Bowen on “Marvel's Cloak and Dagger.” Olivia will play the lead role of Lucy Jacobs, a small-town girl who has started her freshman year at a big-city university. When Lucy returns home for Thanksgiving break, she suspects she's about to get turkey dropped—dumped by her high school sweetheart—during their holiday visit. To avoid a Turkey Day travesty, Lucy gets out of her comfort zone, proving she's not the same play-it-safe girl she was with her high school boyfriend. As she takes control of her own life and makes choices that put herself first, she learns to let go of what's been holding her back, helping achieve what she truly wants out of life.

Freeform announced today the second annual Freeform Summit, a network and industrywide event featuring some of the biggest names at the forefront of the network's 2019 programming slate, to be held in Hollywood on THURSDAY, MARCH 28. The summit will also spotlight key influencers, tastemakers and pop culture titans who have dedicated their voices to creating culture and effecting change. This year, the theme for the event will be a reimagined beauty pageant, providing “a stage for everyone” to have a voice, be ambassadors of change and tell stories that matter. Panels will deliver candid conversations surrounding representation, authentic storytelling, inclusion and mentorship, and emphasize how far young adults have pushed society to reexamine cultural norms.

Lythgoe Family Panto (LFP) expands across America this holiday season, including a multi-year deal at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium beginning with their newest production - THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ. It will be directed by Bonnie Lythgoe and choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha D'umo (NappyTabs), with book by Kris Lythgoe and Michael Orland (American Idol) serving as musical arranger and supervisor. Casting is by executive producer Becky Lythgoe. This will be the seventh holiday season of Lythgoe Family Panto in Pasadena, and their second in this larger venue.

Martin Jensen is excited to share the music video for his latest single 'Somebody I'm Not.' Starring Martin Jensen and collaborator Bjørnskov, the video opens up to Bjørnskov performing in an ominous warehouse, while Martin pensively makes his way across a scenic beach - filled with flares, drones, and gorgeous views. The two eventually find one another in the dark, hazy warehouse. 

Following the announcement of her 2019 North American headlining tour, Scottish singer-songwriter Nina Nesbitt returns today with 'Colder,' the latest single from her forthcoming album, 'The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change,' which will be released February 1(Cooking Vinyl). Written by Nina and produced by Fraser T Smith (Stormzy/ Adele/Drake/Florence and the Machine), 'Colder' talks about the aftermath of heartbreak, and features Nina at her very best, both lyrically and musically. The song is both delicate and dreamy, all while maintaining a cool confidence, and with a killer chorus to boot, 'Colder' will leave listeners anything but.

The opening night celebration of THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ on December 14 will also serve as a benefit for the GiveKidsPanto program.  Lythgoe Family Panto created GiveKidsPanto, a non-profit educational program, serving over 6,000 Title 1 students across America annually.
