Legends, laughter, and love take center stage in STG’s 2022/23 Silent Movie Mondays series. 

“I Can’t Grow Up” is a self-described “snotty nosed pop song about not being able to grow out of bad habits in relationships.” The official video, directed by Mark Myers, matches the song’s playfulness and the duo’s charisma. The new song “was musically inspired by Chicago band Dehd and their album Flower of Devotion,” according to Sara Quin.

Foil Arms & Hog, Ireland’s top sketch comedy group, will bring their newest live show back for dates this November. After selling out their spring tour, the prolific Dublin-based trio are back by popular demand for more U.S. dates plus two shows in Vancouver. 

Meg Mac will Join Jacob Banks as his special guest for the upcoming North American Tour kicking off in San Francisco on September 28th. The London Suede have released their ninth studio album Autofiction. In celebration, The London Suede began a series of Autofiction launch shows last night with a high energy performance at Kingston Upon Thames’ Pryzm for Banquet Records, and will play live this evening at Rough Trade East in Shoreditch.

Two of the UK’s most enduring and influential bands have announced a joint headline tour of North America for November. The London Suede and Manic Street Preachers both rose to prominence in the early 90s on the back of indisputably brilliant debut albums - 1992’s Generation Terrorists and 1993’s Suede - and electrifying live shows.

Neal Francis has shared “Very Fine, Pts. 1 & 2,” available at all DSPs and streaming services. Produced in Los Angeles by longtime collaborator Sergio Rios, the horn-blasted soul-powered double single that also features a cover of “Strawberry Letter 23” heralds the Chicago-based artist’s upcoming new EP, Sentimental Garbage.

Lively alt/indie-pop trio The Happy Fits have arrived with their highly anticipated third studio album, Under the Shade of Green, out everywhere now. In support of the new album, the band will hit the road this fall and winter across the EU and UK, with U.S. dates soon after with support from Daisy The Great and Phoneboy.

Daisy the Great share their hypnotic new single, “Aluminum,” available via S-Curve/Hollywood Records at all DSPs and streaming services. An official music video – directed by Zach Tavel (Band of Horses) – is streaming now via YouTube. “Aluminum” heralds the arrival of Daisy the Great’s eagerly awaited new album, ALL YOU NEED IS TIME.

Ali Gatie returns with his thoughtful, introspective debut album Who Hurt You?. Alongside the release of the album, Ali shares a new video for the standout single from the project titled “The Look” featuring Kehlani. The album is full of inward-looking tracks like the previously released “Can’t Give Up,” “Crying in the Rain,” and “Perfect.'

This year’s lineup includes Jungle, Modest Mouse, Father John Misty, Goose, Sparks, Freddie Gibbs, José González, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and more, with Jerrod Carmichael, Reignwolf, Modern Biology and Your Last Meal with Rachel Belle recently added.
