Ben Levi Ross will be welcomed back to the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) this Tuesday, March 22, where he will re-join the Broadway company of Dear Evan Hansen as ‘Evan Hansen.’

This spring, the show will welcome back Ben Levi Ross, who earned critical acclaim when he originated the role of 'Evan Hansen' on the first North American tour after understudying the role on Broadway. Zachary Noah Piser, who has been part of the Dear Evan Hansen family since March 2019 and is currently the 'Evan' alternate on Broadway, will then become the first Asian American actor to step into the role full-time.

The Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) with support from the New York Community Trust, announces two new fellowship opportunities for emerging Asian American artists: the 2022 Jadin Wong Fellowship in Dance/Choreography and the 2022 Van Lier Fellowship in Visual Arts Practice.

Following in the footsteps of The Moxie Commission, which was curated and streamed in the first half of 2021, The Moxie Incubator will feature three playwrights, three directors, and six line producers who will work together in a rotating cohort over the course of 8 months to develop and present three world-premier plays!

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced the tenth annual Roundabout Underground Reading Series, a four-night event that includes nightly readings of new works written by emerging artists. The Reading Series will feature new works by Liz Appel, Noah Diaz, Daria Miyeko Marinelli and York Walker. The Roundabout Underground Reading Series is January 18 - 21, 2022 at 5:00PM at the Five Angels Theater (789 Tenth Avenue).

Dear Evan Hansen returns to Broadway tomorrow, Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 7:30 pm at the Music Box Theatre (239 W 45th Street). The production will be the final Broadway show to make its return this year. 

The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, now in its 10th year, once again brought together an extraordinary group of young artists for a free professional intensive culminating in their own production of The 24 Hour Plays — available for streaming through Saturday, July 31.

Roundabout Theatre Company announced the third annual Leon Levy Roundabout Directors Group. NAATCO will present a virtual reading of Our Town by Thornton Wilder with an all-Asian American cast for one night only, Wednesday May 19th, at 8pm, in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The proceeds of this reading will benefit the company.
