The Arthur Miller Foundation’s annual Arthur Miller Foundation Honors is set for November 14, 2022 in New York City and will be hosted by Broadway artists Sasha Hutchings (Hamilton, Oklahoma!) and Nik Walker (Ain't Too Proud, Hamilton).

Sarasota Orchestra kicks off its Masterworks series with bold works befitting of a season beginning. Its second Chamber Soirée of the season offers a unique opportunity to hear Sarasota Orchestra musicians alongside a special guest artist: pianist Orion Weiss.

Marin Theatre Company has announced the cast and creative team for August Wilson’s Two Trains Running. Directed by Dawn Monique Williams, August Wilson’s Two Trains Running is the seventh play in The American Century Cycle chronicling the African American experience in the 20th century.

Midsommer Flight will close its tenth year with its perennial holiday production of TWELFTH NIGHT, or WHAT YOU WILL. The comedy will again be performed in the Show House Room of the Lincoln Park Conservatory. Press opening is Friday, December 2, following a preview on Thursday, December 1. It will run through December 18.

What did our critic think of DEATH OF A SALESMAN at The Pocket Community Theatre? It is always a treat when I can travel down to my favorite Arkansas city and see my newest favorite theatre troupe perform yet another impressive show. The Pocket Community Theatre, 170 Ravine St, in Hot Springs, just wrapped up DEATH OF A SALESMAN to a pretty good-sized crowd. And as I was eavesdropping on my fellow audience members, the group opinion had a resounding love for the performance.

The film follows struggling American siblings Alice (Kristen Bell) and Paul (Ben Platt), who reluctantly agree to attend the wedding of their estranged, wealthy half-sister (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) in the English countryside alondside their mother, Donna (Allison Janney). Transcendence Theatre Company has announced the lineup for its 2023 season of outdoor musical performances: The Beat Goes On, The Full Monty, and An Enchanted Evening. The Transcendence Theatre Company summer season at Jack London State Historic Park in Glen Ellen, CA, begins June 16 and runs through September 17, 2023.
