The African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) will present AAFCA Salutes Broadway on Monday, October 17th at the Lamb's Club in the heart of New York's theater district.

Miller Theatre at Columbia University School of the Arts continues its BACH and EARLY MUSIC series in November with Bach Gamba Sonatas featuring pianist Simone Dinnerstein and cellist Alexis Pia Gerlach, Thursday, November 17, 8:00 P.M. at Miller Theatre (2960 Broadway at 116th Street) and Early Music at Church of St. Mary the Virgin Orlando Consortwith 1521: Josquin's World on Saturday, November 19, 8:00 P.M. at Church of St. Mary the Virgin (145 W. 46th Street)

The African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) will present AAFCA Salutes Broadway. The event will honor The Merchant of Venice and Till star John Douglas Thompson, Topdog/Underdog writer Suzan-Lori Parks, Death of a Salesman's Wendell Pierce, and The Piano Lesson's LaTanya Richardson Jackson.

The Gen-Z pop anthem was produced by acclaimed producer/songwriter Teddy Geiger (Lizzo, Shawn Mendes, Niall Horan). FABIO confronts shallow, empty men who manipulate women into sleeping with them by being nice to them. The track is the first in an exciting collection of new songs that Pepper and Teddy are collaborating on together.

Raven Theatre, Chicago’s newest Equity-affiliated theatre, has opened its 40th Anniversary Season with a fresh take on Noël Coward’s iconic 1930 comedy Private Lives, directed by Ian Frank, playing September 29 – November 13, 2022 on Raven’s 85-seat East Stage. See video from the production here!

Internationally renowned actor and writer Gabriel Byrne returns to Broadway in his acclaimed solo show, Walking with Ghosts, adapted from his best-selling memoir of the same name. The Artist Co-Op is set to present three 29-Hour Workshops of new work by the first cohort of resident playwrights Christin Eve Cato, SMJ, and Dave Osmundsen. The three playwrights have spent the last 6 months developing new work in TAC's first New Play residency, the Cold Read Residency.
