Audible Inc., the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling, has announced a multi-project slate deal with AT WILL MEDIA, an award winning independently-owned podcast studio.

Known for their scripted and non-fiction podcast originals, AT WILL MEDIA joined forces with Audible to launch their first Audible Original, Sorry Charlie Miller in 2021, starring Zachary Quinto, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Michelle Buteau, Ashley Benson and a full cast. The Muny announced its full cast, design and production teams for the Muny Premiere of The Color Purple, August 3 – 9, 2022.   Joining the previously announced principal cast of Tracee Beazer (Shug Avery), Nasia Thomas (Nettie), Evan Tyrone Martin (Mister), Gilbert Domally (Harpo) and Nicole Michelle Haskins (Sofia) is Anastacia McCleskey (Celie).

The world-renowned Young People’s Chorus of New York City (YPC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Núñez as Creative Director.  An acclaimed conductor, clinician and speaker, and soloist, Núñez has been with YPC since 2004 and has played a significant role in fostering the award -winning choir’s key programs as well as providing vision for new initiatives. In her new role, Núñez will lead YPC’s creative programming efforts.

In their first-ever professional collaboration, the pair will work together with 'American Born Chinese' costume designer Joy Cretton to design costumes for culturally significant characters from Chinese mythology and classic literature portrayed in the series by stars Michelle Yeoh and Daniel Wu.

People’s Light will present Bayard Rustin Inside Ashland, the world premiere of a play with music inspired by the true story of West Chester, PA native Bayard Rustin. Chief organizer of the 1963 March on Washington and openly gay Civil Rights activist, Bayard Rustin was nearly written out of the history books.
