HE PLAYS THE VIOLIN stars Edmund Bagnell, 1st violinist and vocalist of the internationally acclaimed string quartet Well-Strung. Through stories and song, the evening celebrates all things music: from classical to standards, pop to broadway—and of course, with a good dose of fiddle thrown in.

Edmund Bagnell, 1st Violinist & vocalist of the internationally acclaimed group Well-Strung, will bring his new solo show Happy Days Are Here Again, directed by and co-written with Michael Schiralli, to the Crown & Anchor’s P-Town lineup for a summer-long run this season from July 6 - August 31.

An electrifying tribute to the original bad boy of Rock & Roll, Great Balls of Fire features over 20 hits from the 1950s and beyond including “Good Golly, Miss Molly,” “Shake, Rattle, and Roll,” and “Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On.”

According to Variety, developmental lab series New Works Provincetown, which celebrated it's first season in 2019, has commissioned a new musical from Jonathan Tolins (Buyer & Cellar) and Scott Frankel and Michael Korie (War Paint, Grey Gardens).

The show was developed by New Works Provincetown at The Art House this fall and includes a brand new song written for Mr. Bagnell by Scott Frankel (Grey Gardens & War Paint).

Penobscot Theatre Company will ring in the New Year with  Great Balls of Fire: A Tribute to Jerry Lee Lewis.   Bangor, ME-- Penobscot Theatre Company, the Northeastern-most professional, regional theatre in the US, is pleased to help the Bangor region usher in 2020 with a rousing show celebrating rock-n-roll's original bad boy, Jerry Lee Lewis. Great Balls of Fire will play for one night only at the Historic Bangor Opera House, December 31, 2019 at 6pm and 9pm. Audiences will be treated to the piano high-jinks for which Lewis has always been famous!
