Celebrating thirty years of cerebral pop, The Divine Comedy return to the Barbican to pick up where they left off in 2020.

Tessa Thompson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are attached to star in the new sci-fi thriller ASH, directed by Flying Lotus and based on an original screenplay written by Jonni Remmler. XYZ Films and GFC Films are to produce, with Neill Blomkamp (DISTRICT 9) and Echo Lake onboard as exec producers.

The film tells the story of the meteoric rise and catastrophic demise of the world’s first smartphone, and stars an ensemble cast including Jay Baruchel (This Is The End, Knocked Up), Glenn Howerton (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, A.P. Bio), Cary Elwes (Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Saw), Saul Rubinek (Hunters, True Romance), and more.

Once again, more*—Kane Richotte (vocals/guitar/bass/keys/drums) and Malcom McRae (vocals/bass/guitar/keys)—present a cinematic visual for the track. Its breezy melodies coast over a jangly sixties pop-style beat. The clip unfolds as yet another clever filmic Los Angeles-based vignette directed by Malcom’s brother Keene McRae.

The Barnsdall Art Park Foundation announces the Barnsdall Olive Wood Workshop Exhibition and Auction, which will be on view from November 13 to December 4, 2021 at the contemporary art gallery, Luis De Jesus Los Angeles.

Earlier this month The Kenton Theatre announced its plans to raise £35,000 through its fundraising campaign Kenton For Keeps. So far, the theatre has raised £6,965.25 through generous donations from the public.

Cinema Guild announced today the acquisition of all U.S. distribution rights for Kazik Radwanski's Anne at 13,000 ft. The film received an honorable mention from the Platform Prize jury when it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. International and U.S. premieres at major festivals are planned for the months ahead before the film opens in U.S. theaters in 2020.

After just releasing their brand new track “GO GO', Matt and Kim surprise fans with another new single “MONEY” (FADER Label). Written from the heart, “MONEY” lays out the band's belief that happiness can often be found in the things that money can't buy. To that end, the dog-loving duo took most of their video budget, donated it to the Animal Hope and Wellness animal shelter in L.A. and spent the day at the facility playing with the rescue dogs currently available for adoption. This is not Matt and Kim's first time shining a light on animals in need. Along their past tours, the band invited local rescue agencies to set up information tables in the venue lobby and donated raffle money from Matt and Kim merch to those local shelters. They were also advocates of PETA2's “Adopt Don't Shop” campaign.

Ahead of their fall tour, Matt and Kim today release their pumped up new single “GO GO” (FADER Label) and accompanying music video. Known for infectious, beat-driven tracks, “GO GO” is right in step as the perfect can't-stay-in-your-seat single.

Yesterday, the New York-based singer, songwriter and acclaimed pianist Jon Regen premiered his new song 'East Side Blues' on BBC Radio 2's The Jazz Show with Jamie Cullum. The album, produced by Jamiroquai's Matt Johnson, is now available for pre-order and includes instant downloads of that track along with 'Wide Awake,' 'Higher Ground' and 'Who Cares If Everybody Else Knows.'

Matt and Kim drummer Kim Schifino fell during the band's high energy performance at Maha Music Festival in Omaha last weekend. Schifino played through the pain to finish their set before she was carried off the stage leaving fans to wonder about the band's future and their upcoming Grand 10 Year Celebration Tour. Matt and Kim announced via social media that Schifino has a torn ACL, but they also announced that they WILL TOUR AS PLANNED.
