Dolly Parton’s reimagined version of her friend and fellow Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Tom Petty’s “Southern Accents,” from the forthcoming Petty Country: A Country Music Celebration of Tom Petty, is out today.

10x GRAMMY-winner Chris Stapleton won two awards at last night's 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards: Best Country Solo Performance (“White Horse”) and Best Country Song (“White Horse”). This is Stapleton's fourth time winning Best Country Solo Performance, extending his record for the most wins ever in the category.  

Wesley Dean has announced his much anticipated album, Music From Crazy Hearts, will be released this spring. To accompany the news, the Nashville by way of Australia artist has also shared the hopeful, country-flavored ballad, “Don't Look Back,” featuring country singer Sarah Buxton, along with the official music video.  

Musically grounded in his John Mellencamp Indiana days, the album features Dane Clark on drums (Mellencamp), John Ginty on keys (Sheryl Crow, Allman Betts Band), Mike Grosser on bass (Grace Potter), Johnny Stachela with slide guitar on 'Thick Of It' and 'Killing Floor' (Duane Betts, Allman Betts Band) and Duane Betts featured guitar on 'Fate.'

The Ohio Country Music Hall of Fame has announced the induction of two legendary artists, Connie Smith and Sam Wellington of The Four Guys, into the prestigious hall of fame. The induction ceremony will take place on December 1st at the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.

16x CMA Award-winner Chris Stapleton was named Male Vocalist of the Year for the seventh time at last night’s 57th Annual CMA Awards, breaking his own record for most wins ever in the category. Stapleton also performed twice during the live awards broadcast: his current single, “White Horse,” and “We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Carly Pearce. 

Chris Stapleton has added four new shows to his “All-American Road Show” tour: a second night at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl (Thursday, June 27), a third night at Gilford’s BankNH Pavilion (Saturday, August 3) and a second night at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena (Saturday, August 10) as well as a stop at Sioux Falls’ Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.

Celebrated for revolutionizing the perception of female Country artists, Seely was surprised with the award on-stage at the Grand Ole Opry during her performance. Following the surprise presentation by CMA Board President Kella Farris, audience members rose to their feet with applause for Seely. 

Chris Stapleton will continue his extensive “All-American Road Show” tour through next summer including newly confirmed shows. Special guests on the tour include Sheryl Crow, Elle King, Marcus King, Nikki Lane, Willie Nelson and Family, Grace Potter, Allen Stone, Marty Stuart, Turnpike Troubadours, The War and Treaty and Lainey Wilson.

Written by Stapleton, Ronnie Bowman and Jerry Salley,  the song was produced by Dave Cobb, Morgane Stapleton and Chris Stapleton, Higher was recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A and showcases his supernatural voice and musical versatility across 14 songs that defy genre.

The shows will feature special guest Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives.

Two of my favorite things to do are listening to my talented friends play great music and eating delicious food in super cool restaurants. I mean....I have to treat myself sometimes, right? Of course, I do, and that is exactly what I did when 2Country4Nashville, made up of Jo-el and LeAnne Ulmer, played at JJ’s Grill Fort Smith last weekend. It was a perfect combination for a perfect Saturday night.

Country Music Hall of Famer, five-time Grammy-winner, and AMA Lifetime Achievement honoree Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives came to perform at the Woodward Opera House in Mount Vernon, Ohio on April 8th, 2023. Marty Stuart is an American country and bluegrass music singer, songwriter, and musician. Active since 1968, Stuart initially toured with Lester Flatt, and then in Johnny Cash's road band before beginning work as a solo artist in the early 1980s.
