Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical has extended booking into 2024, joining hits including Hamilton, Six, Book of Mormon, Cabaret and Les Misérables, as it continues its run at the West End’s Fortune Theatre until 24 February. This is the show’s fourth extension.

Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss’ record breaking collaboration The Unfriend will be making its return to the West End this year. The show will open in previews at Wyndham's Theatre on 16 December and will run until 9 March 2024, with a press night on 9 January 2024.

Tickets for the West End transfer of the critically acclaimed Sheffield Theatres' production of Standing at the Sky's Edge go on sale today. The show will play at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, in London's West End, from 8 February 2024, with a press night set for Wednesday 28 February 2024.

The Young Vic Theatre has announced full casting for Artistic Director Kwame Kwei-Armah's (The Collaboration) razor-sharp satire and UK premiere, Beneatha's Place, about the power of knowing your history and the cost of letting it go. The production runs in the Main House from 27 June to 5 August with opening night for press on 5 July. 

Theatre Royal Bath Productions, by arrangement with Paul Blake and BFI Productions, has announced full casting for the UK premiere of Roman Holiday, when it opens at Theatre Royal Bath from 10 June this year.

Operation Mincemeat is a victory for the underdog, in themes as well as in reality. Relatable characters with vibrant backgrounds, regardless of their size, go on a Frankensteinian journey to divert the Nazi battalion to Sardinia. From songs about wanting to be a maggot to heart-wrenching glimpses into tragic love stories, it’s as eclectic as it is entertaining. Rhythmic pop music, a contemporary musical theatre sound, the odd rap segue, and a tune that would feel at home at Berghain for good measure (“Das Übermensch”) are the foundation of this life-affirming, riotous history lesson.

Following three weeks of sold-out previews, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical, has extended its West End premiere run by six weeks until 19th August. The show follows thirty-three hugely successful years of The Woman In Black at the Fortune Theatre.

Disney's NEWSIES will welcome new cast members joining the production, which must end at London's Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre on 30 July 2023. Learn more about the cast here!

The National Theatre has announced three new productions for 2023 and the revival of the critically acclaimed The Father and the Assassin.
