A lineup of leading performers, including Bradley Cooper, Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Trevor Noah, Jon Stewart, John Legend & Chrissy Teigen, and others will salute Dave Chappelle at the 22nd annual Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 8 p.m. The program will pay tribute to the humor and accomplishments of Chappelle, and will be broadcasted on PBS stations on January 6, 2020.

NBC's “Late Night with Seth Meyers” will air live Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31 at 12:35 a.m. ET following the second Democratic presidential debates.

IFC and Lakeshore Records announced today that three-time Emmy-nominated series Documentary Now! has taken its commitment to the comedic artform to new extremes. 'Original Cast Album: Co-op,' the meticulously crafted and 2019 Emmy-nominated episode about the cast album recording of the 1970 'Broadway musical' Co-op, will release its long-awaited Original Cast Album digitally on July 26, with proceeds donated to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The original cast album will include the soon-to-be Marie's Crisis classics 'Holiday Party (I Did a Little Cocaine Tonight),' which will be available as an instant grat track on all preorders beginning Friday, July 19, and solo anthem 'I Gotta Go,' both sure to bring piano bar patrons to their feet with every rising note. IFC will also be publishing sheet music so everyone can make their Co-op sing-along dreams a reality. The song 'Holiday Party (I Did a Little Cocaine Tonight),' with lyrics by John Mulaney & Seth Meyers and music by Eli Bolin was recently nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Original Music & Lyrics.

Hennepin Theatre welcomes the First National Tour of MEAN GIRLS-the record-breaking new musical comedy produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures based on the hit film-will be coming to historic Orpheum Theatre Tuesday, Oct. 1 to Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019 as part of the 2018-2020 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin series. 

YouTube Originals will host panels for two of its biggest series at VidCon on Thursday, July 11 and Saturday, July 13. The panels will feature YouTube Originals longest running series, ESCAPE THE NIGHT, and Creator led, LIZA ON DEMAND, in anticipation for season two premiering.

BET Networks announced that Devin Griffin joins the company as General Manager, BET+. The subscription video-on-demand service focused on the African American audience, BET+, will feature more than 1,000 hours of premium content including exclusive new original programming and fan-favorite series, movies, and specials from BET Networks, world-renowned creator Tyler Perry, and a host of leading African American content creators. Griffin will report to Scott Mills, President of BET Networks. Griffin will be based in Los Angeles. In his role, Griffin will manage the BET+ P&L and oversee business strategy & operations, including original programming, content acquisitions, marketing, distribution, planning and analysis.

Comedian and “Space Prince” Julio Torres (HBO's “Los Espookys”, “Saturday Night Live”) will headline his first hour-long comedy special on HBO this summer, when MY FAVORITE SHAPES BY JULIO TORRES debuts SATURDAY, AUG. 10 (10:30-11:30 p.m. ETPT).

The special episode will also be available on demand and on the IFC app. Snubbed by the American Theater Wing's Tony Awards® in 1970, even though it only ran for one performance, “Co-Op” is re-taking the theater world by storm thanks to being featured in Season 52 of the critically-acclaimed IFC series Documentary Now!. Though the Tony Awards® faltered, many are wondering if the Emmys® will take notice.

The comedy series LOS ESPOOKYS begins its six-episode season FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO.
