This July 4th, A CAPITOL FOURTH continues its 39-year tradition of celebrating our nation's independence on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol building.  Two-time Emmy Award-nominated actor and producer John Stamos (Netflix's YOU, FULLER HOUSE, ER) returns to host the country's longest-running live national July 4th TV tradition.  A CAPITOL FOURTH's family-friendly Independence Day celebration will commemorate our country's 243rd birthday with all-star musical performances, and remains unaffiliated with any other July 4th events around the country, and in other locations in Washington, D.C.

Taylor Grey is currently supporting The Vamps on selected dates on their 2019 'Four Corners' UK Tour. On the back of the success of the tour, Taylor is releasing a self-penned, brand new single, Intentionally via Kobalt Music Group. 

In support of Mental Health Awareness Month, The Trash Mermaids, led by Scarlett Blu, release their vulnerable new anthem “Panic Attack.” The track, which premiered exclusively with New Noise Magazine, shares the realities of living with mental health issues. “Panic Attack” follows The Trash Mermaids' Earth Day song 'Stoked On Life,” in which all proceeds are being donated to Mission Blue in support of ocean conservation. The Trash Mermaids will bring both songs to life at Strange 80s 3D benefit show at The Fonda Theatre on June 1, where she is set to perform alongside acts such as Lindsey Stirling, Gavin Rossdale, Weezer and more.

The Trash Mermaids, led by Scarlett Blu, have released the vibrant, dance heavy new video for their latest track “Stoked On Life.” The song, which was released on Earth Day, is extra meaningful as all proceeds go to Mission Blue in support of ocean conservation. Thousands of music dealers, industry officials and media representatives gathered on Friday evening to experience the second-annual 'Yamaha All-Star Concert on the Grand,' the marquis music event held this week during the 2019 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California.

Transcendent, two-time GRAMMY® Award-winning rock band, Evanescence, have announced a new batch of spring headline tour dates. The trek serves as a follow up to the group's massive 2017 and 2018 “Synthesis Live” tours that featured a powerful live orchestra and received rave reviews nationwide. The upcoming run marks Evanescence's return to their signature rock shows, revered by fans across the globe. The trek takes the quintet throughout the east coast and southern U.S., kicking off in Hollywood, FL at Hard Rock Event Center on Sunday, May 5th and wrapping in Uncasville, CT at the Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, May 19th. All tickets go on sale Friday, February 8th at 10:00am local time and can be purchased on the official Evanescence website HERE. Today, the Recording Academy's Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion announced an unprecedented new initiative that aims to expand opportunities for female music producers and engineers. The Producer & Engineer Inclusion Initiative is the inaugural action of a larger strategy to address gender inequity in the music industry. According to a 2018 USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative study, only 2 percent of music producers and 3 percent of engineers/mixers across popular music are women. This initiative is the first step in a broader effort to improve those numbers and increase diversity and inclusion for all in the music industry.

“America's Got Talent” season 12 winner and audience favorite Darci Lynne Farmer is celebrating the holidays Oklahoma style in her first original TV special, “Darci Lynne: My Hometown Christmas,” airing Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. For viewers of all ages, the special will celebrate family togetherness at the holidays.  

NBC, the undisputed television leader for holiday programming, once again has scheduled a robust slate of specials ranging from beloved perennials (including “Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade,” “It's a Wonderful Life,” “National Dog Show”) to telecast premieres (including “Timeless” finale, holiday edition of “America's Got Talent,” “Darci Lynne: My Hometown Christmas Special”) and everything in between.

ABC celebrates the most wonderful time of the year with special '25 Days of Christmas' programming starting Dec. 1. The network joins Freeform, Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior in this fan-favorite TV event. The 'Kickoff to Christmas' begins in late November with perennial holiday treat 'Santa Claus is Comin' to Town.' The month of December is filled with special Christmas-themed episodes, the return of 'The Great Christmas Light Fight' and 'The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition,' and timeless animated classics and holiday films. The celebration continues after Christmas with New Year's-themed programming ringing in 2019.
