Curve's streamed production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical reunited company members from the award-winning 2017 Made at Curve touring production. The show ran 22 December 2020 to 17 January 2021 and was seen by almost 15,000 people across 45 countries.

Curve theatre will support home-schooling during the third national lockdown with a brand new educational initiative, Curve Classroom. Available on Curve’s website and YouTube channel, the free sessions will be available every weekday from 4pm and delivered by a range of leading artists including performers, designers and more.

Like many UK venues, Leicester’s Curve Theatre has had to quickly adapt to the everchanging COVID-19 situation. Having just transformed their two theatres into one enormous “in-the-round” space, the Curve’s concert revival of their hit 2017 production of Sunset Boulevard was transformed into a fully online show to view at home, directed by Nikolai Foster.

Den rørende og smukke fortælling bæres trygt i land af et velspillende cast, hvor især fortolkningen af den jødiske Tevye får denne anmelder til at kaste med stjerner. Forestillingen når både at få de små nakkehår til at rejse sig, tårerne til at sidde i øjenkrogen og ikke mindst de store smil til at komme i flæng.
