Broadway previews are now underway for Jordan E. Cooper's new comedy, Ain't No Mo', produced by Lee Daniels.

To celebrate the first preview performance of Ain’t No Mo’, Jordan E. Cooper’s new comedy, producer Lee Daniels has announced that a limited number of $20 tickets will be available in person Wednesday, November 9 only, at the box office of The Belasco Theatre.

The Theatre Leadership Project (TTLP), founded during the pandemic to create lasting change in American theatre by installing BIPOC leadership in the industry, held its first in-person affair on Monday at Brooklyn Chop House in Times Square.

Jesse Williams has joined the cast of Only Murders in the Building season three. Williams will be playing a documentarian who has a particular interest in the case that the show's stars, played by Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez, are solving. Williams will join Paul Rudd in the new season. Rudd will play Broadway star Ben Glenroy.

Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research raised $2.8 million at Angel Ball hosted by co-founders, songwriter Denise Rich and her daughters Daniella Rich Kilstock and Ilona Rich Schachter.  Angel Ball made its return to Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, after hosting a virtual event in 2020 and a Hamptons fundraiser in 2021.

Mariah Carey has announced two special Christmas concerts in New York City and Toronto. Carey has been coined the 'Queen of Christmas' as her #1 hit 'All I Want for Christmas is You' makes its annual rounds on top of the the Billboard Charts every holiday season. The track is from her 1994 album 'Merry Christmas'.

Netflix has announced that Grammy-nominated, Oscar and Golden Globe award-winner Mo’Nique will film her first Netflix original stand-up comedy special. Additional details about Mo’Nique’s stand-up special will be shared later this year.  As previously announced, Mo’Nique is also set to star in the Netflix film The Deliverance from Lee Daniels. 

Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming Broadway production of Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman. Opening night is set for Sunday, October 9 at the Hudson Theatre, and the show will run for a strictly limited 17-week engagement starting Monday, September 19.
