NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale has named new officers of its Board of Governors. The new officers were elected at the board’s January 28 meeting and include: Andrew M. Heller (Vice Chair), Michelle Howland (Vice Chair),  Juan Bergaz Pessino (Secretary) and Laura Palmer (At Large).

The David Lynch and Mark Frost-created mystery horror drama series Twin Peaks premiered to fans across the country in 1990, and from April 3-5, 2020, an event thirty years in the making arrives at Elvis Presley's Graceland® -- the Twin Peaks 30: Official Fan Celebration. Even after its original series finale in 1991 and the 2017 limited series revival, Twin Peaks has continued to amass a cult following, and the show's impact can be seen across pop culture. The Twin Peaks 30: Official Fan Celebration is a weekend unlike any other. David Lynch and Mark Frost created a mystery horror drama series that has continued to amass a cult following, even after its original series finale in 1991, and its impact on pop culture is never-ending. The Twin Peaks 30: Official Fan Celebration, under license from Showtime Networks and ViacomCBS Consumer Products, will be an unforgettable experience featuring Twin Peaks-themed parties, screenings of fan-favorite episodes and the chance for fans to relive their favorite show, accompanied by cherry pie and “damn good coffee.”

This Father's Day Weekend is going to be a celebration of the RAD DADS & BAD DADS of Twin Peaks! The Pink Room will crown their new Mr. Twin Peaks at Joe's Pub…just as long as Agent Cooper's estranged son doesn't get in the way.

On the eve of David Lynch's Festival of Disruption, The Pink Room Burlesque is throwing a Lynchian costume party and burlesque show like you've never seen! This immersive event will be sure to delight Twin Peaks fans and everyone looking for a sexy, fun time. Inspired by Fire Walk With Me, The Pink Room will turn Daniel Nardicio's Bedlam in Alphabet City into that seedy bar north of the border, complete with dancing girls and an appearance by Laura Palmer.

The Miss Twin Peaks Pageant has been going strong for over 7 years but it's time to let the boys have a little fun! This will be the second Mister Twin Peaks Pageant hosted by The Pink Room Burlesque. Last year's Mister Twin Peaks Pageant was packed with David Lynch burlesque fans and we have no doubt this year will be the same! Some of this year's cast include some good ol' classics like Special Agent Dale Cooper, but much like David Lynch we like to keep some of our cast a mystery.
