​​​​​​​BrightSide Theatre, Naperville's only professional theatre performing in the historic downtown district, continues with their Season 10 Again – to Fully Celebrate our 10th Anniversary – with this “killer” Hollywood musical comedy. 

Broadway in Cincinnati announced that the individual tickets for TOOTSIE are on sale now, as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati series presented by TriHealth. The hilarious Tony Award-winning musical is coming to the Aronoff Center for a limited two-week engagement from March 7 to 19.

What did our critic think of Tootsie in Costa Mesa? Despite a still problematic central premise, the non-equity national tour of the stage adaptation of TOOTSIE---now playing at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa through June 12, 2022---is, for the most part, a funny but flawed musical sprinkled with lots of funny lines, rapid-fire humor, and amusing shenanigans.

Nettle Creek Players, a 501c3 not-for-profit arts organization in Hagerstown, Indiana, has announced its 2022 troupe of visiting professional theatre artists who will live in the community for nine weeks as they prepare and present the Nettle Creek Players 2022 Summer Stock Tent Theatre Season.

There are other problems as well.
